You can dry your own flowers by harvesting them from your garden. It's best to harvest mid day after the morning dew has dried up. The more you cut the more they will re-bloom so don't be afraid to keep cutting them off. It's also best to trim the head of the flower off. No need to cut the stem too. You'll want your flowers completely dried out before you infuse with oil. When it's time to infuse, you'll want a good quality organic oil. I chose organic olive oil.
