Kepada MediaBantenCyber.co.id, di lokasi pertandingan Mall Balekota yang berlokasi di jalan Jendral Sudirman, Kota Tangerang, Sofyan kepala pelatih Cabang Olahraga Pencak Silat Kabupaten Tangerang dalam ajang Porprov Banten ke VI di Kota Tangerang, menyatakan rasa syukurnya atas hasil sementara perolehan medali yang diberikan oleh anak-anak asuh atlet Silat nya dalam event Pertandingan Pekan Olahraga Provinsi Banten ke-VI ini.
"Alhamdulillah pak, hingga pagi ini pukul 09.30 Wib, dua atlet Silat kontingen Porprov Kabupaten Tangerang yang berlagak di babak final nomor kategori tunggal putra atas nama Irawan berhasil mendapat 1 medali emas dan satu nomor kategori tunggal putri atas nama Kamila berhasil meraih 1 medali Perunggu," ungkapnya.
Sofyan menambahkan bahwa hingga nanti siang hingga sore hari ini masih ada 5 nomor kategori final lagi yang akan dilakoni oleh 5 atlet Silat Kabupaten Tangerang.
