If people knew my history, where I came from, or what I feel behind my confident smiles, they'd be surprised.
I'm afraid of failure and success.
I'm waiting for the other shoe to fall – yeah, it's good now but it probably won't last.
What if I make (another) mistake and lose it all?
There's either not enough money or, when I have enough, I'm afraid it's going to run out.
Maybe there's something wrong with me.
What if some things people think or say about me are true?
I've lost count of how many people have told me similar stories.
Here's an example.
A woman was burdened with these types of thoughts throughout her life. Those voices echoed in the backdrop of her mind like the incessant buzzing of bothersome insects.
Even though her business more than quadrupled in four months, she was afraid of not having enough time and that her success might be short-lived.
During her Liberation of Lunacy session, she woke up to her personal power and let go of clouded thinking.
WHY? She released herself from a misguided and restrictive self-perception and outlook on life.
HOW? She replaced doubt, limit, fear, anxiety and lack through her power of choice, perspective, love and putting her Essence in charge.
RESULTS: She experienced a sense of happiness and freedom like never before.
Recognize that YOU'RE A WINNER RIGHT NOW!
WHAT CAN YOU DO TO SEE YOURSELF AS A WINNER?
Identify one instance where you haven't felt good about your life or business.
Observe it as if you're a supportive friend seeing things from a broader view.
Reframe you and your situation from being not so positive to a winner.
What did you learn from the experience?
How did you become stronger or wiser?
Choose to let go of the past, and choice is just a decision.
Now, with you as the artist who's consciously creating your business and life, what do you choose?
ENVISION your ideal life or business.
FOCUS on this vision, not on what's not working or hasn't worked.
Where attention goes, energy flows.
Allow success to flow towards you.
WHEN CAN THINGS CHANGE? As you clear out your inner cobwebs of unsupportive beliefs, step at a time, and the more clearly you align yourself with what's right for you, then change naturally happens.
TRUST YOURSELFMORE and receive guidance and direction for your next step and greater success. Deepening trust is a lifelong process, so wherever you are in trusting is perfect.
WHO SHOULD YOU BELIEVE? Your Self, who you are at your core, always here 24/7, because it's you. Develop through practice which of your nudges are from inner guidance and which are fearful imaginings. What does your gut tell you? The more willing you are to release preconceived notions that limit you, the easier it is to perceive the messages your inner self is conveying.
WHERE CAN YOUR TRUTH BE FOUND? It's an inside job. Take a breath and pause in your daily life to ask for clarity, tune in to your True Self, and listen for direction.
Stop elevating in importance others' fears that they've projected on you.
Stop drinking in their unconscious attempts to control you by keeping you small so you don't outshine them.
You may have believed that their seemingly benign, disparaging criticisms were true. That negativity most probably was not.
You may think you have to be real and tell the ugly truth. But if it makes you out to be a loser or somehow less than, it's a lie. You're focused in the wrong direction and missing a greater truth about yourself...
You have the courage to grow and learn from life.
The naysayers provide pigeon-like squawks of dodo birds. They're extinct. They're in the past.
Let them and those invalidating voices go!
You were born a winner regardless of circumstances then or now and…
YOU STILL ARE A WINNER!
This is a new moment.
Go forth and create something wonderful.
