January is always a month that seems to last ages, but January 2025 took particularly long to get through.. From all the stress surrounding the LA wildfires, sicknesses, and the (what feels like) hundreds of snow days and bleak winter weather, it's easy to see why the moms are extremely fed up. So we rounded up the most "I feel you" confessions from last month; here you'll find fellow moms who stressed financially (and got real creative about how to fix those money issues), they disassociated completely, and they're ready to abandon the families they love so much if there's one more snow day this year.

Personally, I love the ever-humble rotisserie chicken. It's a workhorse in my kitchen. So I was so happy to see that I'm not alone in my love for the cheap(ish) bird. And I love these recipes – they will inspire me to get through these dog days of winter a little bit less winter-weary.
