The physical bullying constitutes as assault, and it shouldn't just, get, brushed off of the shoulders that easily, and yet, these teens only got that slap on the wrist, of getting expelled, and, time in juvie, off of the Newspapers, translated…
Another case of bullying in school came in Keelung, someone posted a video on FB, with three students, using the wooden boards, the wooden door, and the broom, beaten the victim, the location of where this was caught was next to the school, in a, construction, site, based off of understanding, the cause of this, was from the previous encounters of the victim's bumping into the perp. The Department of Education stated, that they'd started up the investigations in the time that the incident had been, called in, the police also took in the four adolescents, and sent them to get processed in the Keelung Juvenile Court. The mayor, Hsieh criticized that the "juvenile incident handling means" had caused the crime rates of the adolescent age group to increase, called out to the legislature, to reexamine the laws, to make up for the blind spot.
Two days ago, someone reposted a footage of student getting bullied on the FB group of "Things of the Locals of Keelung", the footage showed that after school on March 4th, nearby to a middle school in Keelung, there were at least five students gathering, three in the P.E. uniforms, heating another male student, with two others standing by, watching, and filming the beating.
teens who'd committed adult crimes, should get charged as adults! Photo from online
During the process of the assault, the assailant shouted out, "push his head in!", and continued cussing, the victim was beaten to curling up at the corner of the construction site, down on the floors, in the end, the other students said to call up the ambulance for the victim.
The Department of Education stated, that as they'd received the call on the case, they'd, immediately contacted the school, and the school also called on the related school officials, the counseling offices, the disciplinary office, to handle the matter.
Based off of the preliminary investigations of the Department of Education, the victim and the leading perpetrator were classmates, from before, they'd, gone out to venture in the city, they'd, patted each other on the buttocks, and caused the misunderstanding, and, the beating caused the victim to sustain contusions on his torso and limbs.
Hsieh said, he'd viewed the video, and felt very regrettable, and upset, that there's a ZERO tolerance policy of bullying in the city of Keelung, currently, there's the plans of long-term counseling, and punishment means for the perps, if there were the weapons discovered, then, there would be the six-month, one-year-term of counseling or more multivariate ways of helping these teens straight up their behaviors.
Yeah, because these are TEENAGERS, underage MINORS, they don't get charged with ASSAULT, and that's just it, the HOLES in the justice systems, there's no "Tried as an adult" here, everything is separated based off of AGE, it does NOT matter what sort of a crime you're involved in, if you're minor, you will only, get that, slap on the, wrist, and, after you'd served your time in juvenile detention and come back out, guess what, most of these teens are going to, exacerbate in their, bad behaviors, because, serving time in juvie, that's nothing, compared to serving in ADULT prison, and that, is the hole in the justice system here. There's no "Tried as an ADULT" "clause" in this country…
