View all responses Building our tiny house was the most ambitious DIY project we have taken off. Confession time my husband wanted to use a storage container and I wanted to use a shed. We ended up using a shed. We insulated it, wired it, and set up heat and water. Space is difficult to make with a prior floor plan. The floor plan was an after thought. It is an open floor plan with a loft bedroom. Do, I like our tiny house? No, I think we will do a floor plan and build in the next one around the floor plan. My utility bag that I always carry is my cheat for my second item it contains: antique compact filled with modern cosmetics red lipstick my rosary mints sewing kit collapsible coffee cup collapsible water bottle resuable take out container resuable utensils, and straws chargers wireless earbuds mini first aid kit mini pharmacy of over the counter remedies manicure set journal and pen spare eyeglasses eyeglass cleaner sunglasses mini speaker(with sd card loaded with music) rollers brush/comb perfume hand sanitizer face blotting papers blow up pillow neck pillow blanket eye mask accupressure clip for migraine Facial care set shopping bags snacks drink mix sticks MREs phone loaded with brain wave entrainment My third object : My Renior vintage bamboo earrings and brooch necklace set We were once stranded at an airport. Our children were entertained and fed. I had MRE's and freeze dried icecream. We were comfortable. I had a migraine so I was under a blanket with my eye masque, accupuncture clip and brain wave entrainment clip. My husband learned that I never leave the house with what we need or could need. We finally are able to get on the plane. We were headed to a wedding. Our daughter and my dress was in my purse. Okay, I carry a bag called the big easy made by L.L. Bean. I carry a small purse in that with my wallet and id. of course, the airline lost my luggage. I had taken a photo with the day's paper of the contents of my luggage. I do this to this day when we fly. That piece of luggage was NEVER found. The airline did reimuburse me. They were surprised that I had photos of exactly was in my bag. United give you a flat rate for lost luggage.
