The T.V. personnel, Chen, nicknamed "No No" was accused by a famed YouTuber, Red for having sexually assaulted her, and many other, women, on a total of five counts of attempted sexual assault, sexual harassment, attempted rape, forced molestation, there were ten victims total who'd come forward to press charges; the Taipei D.A.'s Office finished the investigations yesterday, believed that of all the victims, three women didn't have any physical evidences on their own testimonies, that the rest lacked physical evidence, the charges were dropped; the seven others including the famed YouTuber, "Teacher Red", due to jurisdiction, their cases were transferred to the Shihlin D.A's Office to continue investigations.
The woman, "Teacher Red" posted on FB, stated how shock she was, but stated she still had faith in the justice system, this is a difficult war we're fighting, "we will persist 'til the very end, we will NEVER say quit that easily, fight 'til the end!"
The primary accuser, "Teacher Red" told, that for twenty years on end, NoNo kept finding women of all ages, of the various jobs to assault, using FB, WeChat, IG and other medium, or took advantage of him working in the T.V. stations, sexually assaulted, or forcibly molested man women, including the aromatherapists, the women who worked in the bars, there were, more than, twenty victims.
Afterwards, ten of these women pressed charges, the Taipei D.A.'s Office finished the interviews yesterday, and, on three of the cases, they'd not prosecuted, including a woman who works in the Zhongshan Massage Parlor who'd stated that from 2011 to 2013, when she'd massaged NoNo in the room for her job, she was, sexually assaulted by him.
The second victim claimed that in December of 2011, she took a ride on his white Benz SUV, he'd forcibly kissed her, and grabbed her breasts; the third victim, was another woman who'd worked in a massage parlor in Zhongshan District, who'd accused that in 2010, when she was assigned to massage him, he'd pinned her down, he'd forcibly kissed her and rubbed her breasts.

In the district attorney's interviews, on all the accusations, NoNo denied it, claimed that he couldn't remember what happened, and that the first victim's testimonies are conflicting with her former coworkers' and manager's, the woman claimed she'd sought out psychiatric help afterwards, but the D.A. found no records on it. And because all three of these cases, are all by the women's accusations, the confiscated cell phone of NoNo showed no contact with the three women, there's the lacking of evidence, to charge him.
The seven victims, including Teacher Red's cases, the Taipei D.A.'s Office transferred them to Shihlin District Attorney's Office to work on, because of where they're registered; at the time, there was another woman, who'd claimed that she'd been sexually assaulted by NoNo in the underground parking lot off of Civics Avenue in Taipei, but she'd not pressed charges, that wasn't included in these, ten cases.
So, whether or not the accusations are true didn't really matter, the point is this LOSER got accused, by MULTIPLE women, and that just showed, that something HAD, happened, otherwise, why would ALL the women all come out, and accuse him of the exact same things? This is still NOT a conspiracy to bring this man down, and three cases were dropped, due to lack of evidence, and it still doesn't mean that these three women whose cases were dropped by the D.A.'s office didn't happen, it just means, that there's NOT enough evidence that the D.A.'s office can use to PROVE the man guilty of what he'd done to his, victims!
