Kini proses pematangan untuk bongkar-bongkar keterlibatan Luhut di Papua. Tema "Ada Lord Luhut di Balik Relasi Ekonomi-Ops Militer Intan Jaya" terus menggelinding.
Alih-alih meminta maaf sesuai Somasi LBP, keduanya bertekad untuk lebih jauh membuktikan keterlibatan Luhut dalam bisnis tambang melalui PT Tobacom Del Mandiri anak usaha PT Toba Sejahtera Group yang dimiliki Luhut. Menurut Pengacara Haris Azhar laporan Luhut merupakan "kesempatan untuk mengungkap jejak Luhut di Papua dalam bisnis tambang di Blok Wabu".

Menurut Beathor Suryadi Penasehat nasional Forum Korban Mafia Tanah Indonesia (FKMTI), kepastian hukum merupakan cita-cita Kemerdekan Indonesia yang berkeadilan sosial. Dan untuk masalah konflik pertanahan, menurutnya solusi penyelesaiannya itu sebenarnya mudah, dengan Adu Data Kepemilikan lahan tanah antar para pihak di kantor BPN.
"Jika presiden sungguh-sungguh ingin mewujudkan tercapainya kepastian hukum di Indonesia khususnya kepastian hukum masalah sertifikat tanah menurut saya itu sangatlah mudah, ibarat membalikkan sebuah tangan saja. Perintahkan kepada menteri ATR BPN untuk MENJALANKAN Keputusan Mahkamah Agung untuk Membuka Peta Data Lahan SHGB dan SHGU, dengan itu maka konflik masalah tanah akan selesai dan semua pihak mendapatkan kepastian hukum atas tanah lahan konflik tersebut," tandas Beathor Suryadi Penasehat nasional FKMTI yang juga mantan aktivis 98 tersebut.
Selama ini, konflik masalah pertanahan di mulai sebagai akibat Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN) melakukan ploting kawasan konsesi, baik untuk kebun, tambang, apa lagi Property. Hampir semua PTPN memiliki konflik tanah dengan warga setempat, karena lahan mereka dicaplok.
"Nah, PTPN itu kan milik BUMN di bawah kuasa presiden, kenapa gak ini saja yang jadi prioritas, Presiden hanya membalikan tangan nya saja," tegas Beathor Suryadi dalam siaran persnya yang diterima MediaBantenCyber.co.id pada Sabtu (25/09/2021) pagi.(BTL)
