50% off all WAHM courses

Hello read,

Work At Home Mums is all about educating and empowering women to achieve the life they want. Whether it's nailing that flexible job with a family friendly employer, or running a business that allows you to do what you want, when you want then we can help.

The kids are back at school, the weather is getting colder (and on the East coast it's certainly not getting dryer). If you're finding yourself with a bit more time on your hands, then maybe its time to think about your next step.

Does your resume need a refresh? Or have you been putting off starting that side hustle because it all seems a bit much. Well, until the 15th May 2022 we're offering 50% off all of our courses. Buy one or buy all of them, there isn't any conditions on the discount. Just put in the code may50 at checkout and it will be half price.

Remember to use code may50 in the checkout to get your 50% off, but the discount ends 15 May 2022.

Till next time,
Robyn

I Wasn't Ready To Parent My Parent

Alice Seuffert was on a road trip with her kids to see the Grand Canyon when she got one of those calls everybody dreads: her father had had a stroke. "I was so comfortable in my role as a mother, I forgot I was also a child in this world. Gone were the days when I hung onto every word and action of my father. I was a busy mom, occupied with my own family, I'd often let the calls and texts from my dad go unanswered," she writes.

But as she walked into his hospital room, she realized she had something valuable to help her through a tough period: mom mode.

"If you are or ever have been a mom of tweens, you know the struggle is real: Their bodies are changing and they're asserting their independence, but you've still got to help them out, whether they want it or not. The result, in my house at least, is chaos," writes Natasha McKee. Here's what worked for her.

Your Well-Being Is As Essential As Your Baby's — Nanit Is Here To Help

Like all first-time parents, you've fallen head over heels in love with your newborn. Most of the time, you don't even mind the lack of sleep (OK, maybe just a little—talk to us after a month of this!). But sometimes, when your baby's asleep and you know you should be following that old saying about getting some rest too, you catch yourself creeping into your sleeping baby's room to watch their little chest move up and down, just to make sure. We know; it's hard not to check on them every two minutes! But your favorite aunt with the unsolicited advice is right — you need sleep to be a good parent.

Give yourself the peace of mind and rest you need with Nanit. Nanit isn't just an award-winning HD video monitor. It also tracks your baby's breathing motion, how many times they wake up, and, with Nanit Smart Sheets, even how much they're growing. With Nanit, you get a complete look at your baby's well-being, with every milestone saved along the way, so you don't have to rely solely on your sleep-deprived brain to remember to fill that cute baby journal. You can also get sleep tips tailored to your sweet child that will help improve their rest as they grow. Best of all, Nanit does all of this without electronics on or around your baby. Check it out — you'll be as obsessed as we are.
