As the Examination Department intervened into the investigations of the case, awhile ago, the preschool's name, the involved adults' names are posted, on this, the assistant of the protection office of the Department of Social Welfare, Kuo stated, that the Examination Department's actions were according to the 69th rule, section 4, addendum, enforcing the children and adolescents' welfare, protecting the public interests, after the discussions of the executive agencies, the government is allowed to disclose the involved perps' identity.

This is still a REACTION, not an ACTION, because the DDP is like that, it only passes the laws that places limits on the criminals, after the crimes had already occurred, instead of PREVENTING it, treating the problems at the sole cause, in the most fundamental levels of things, and this is still all, hindsight!
