The Police Confiscated His Cell Phone, He Was Logged in as a Top Search Name
A woman pressed charges on Mike Ho, accusing him of forcibly sexually molesting her, the Songshan Substation of the Taipei Police Department went to search his home yesterday, confiscated his cell phone, but didn't call Ho in for questioning, or have him in custody, but the Taipei D.A.'s Office called on two witnesses to testify in court to understand what had happened, and after interviewing, Ho was sent home, Ho issued a statement, that he didn't, cross the boundaries, that he will, comply with the requests made of him in the investigations.
Based off of understanding, at the start of the year, the Songshan Police Substation had received a report, a woman accused Ho for improper bodily contact and forcibly kissing her, that he was suspected of obstruction of sexual freedom, the police took the case and began investigating, awhile ago, Ho and other related individuals had been, interviewed, and the case is sent to Taipei District Attorney's Office.

The district attorney's office directed the Songshan Substation to search Ho's residence, the point in confiscating his cell phone, and not ruled out calling Ho to testify to explain later.
Ho had his attorney spoke on his behalf, stressed that he'd never been, improper, but because the investigators had made a request of him, he'd simply, complied.
The rumor was, that Ho was at a private location, attending a gathering with his friends, and was introduced to a female acquaintance, as they both became intoxicated, they'd had, more intimate physical contact with one another, including kissing, to French kissing, the woman felt that Ho was "improper" toward her, pressed charges.
On this, the investigators didn't deny, nor confirmed the accusations of the woman, stated that due to privacy issues and the case being investigated, they're not at liberty to tell anything to the press yet. Ho's performance in "Imperfect Us" had been outstanding, his acting career is on the rise, and had been, caught in the scandal, and the incident had gotten on the trending topic.
So, because someone made an accusation, the police must investigate, and, the result of the investigation is still pending, so nobody can say who's right or wrong, but, if this case had been proven valid, then it just, added to how the famous think that they could, get away with, any and everything, and that's not a good thing for the society, as #MeToo trends still…
