Yeh stated, that modern day society puts an emphasis on protecting the children, before child is mentally, psychologically mature enough, the adults should never force, misguide, lure them to have sexual intercourses. As the instructor was having sexual intercourse with her male student, she'd only had her own sexual needs in mind, didn't consider the consequences of her own impulsive behaviors, and it may affect herself, and/or others too, to even, greatly impact the child's, future.
And so, this is circling on how WRONG it is, for the adult (the female instructor), to entice this "young boy" (sixth graders should've have the senses, you'd think, right???), to having SEX with her, and she ended up pregnant, and carrying his, offspring, but, the news story circled around what this teacher did was wrong, because she is, the ADULT, and she shouldn't, used her "power status" to get the boy to have sex with her, that the boy was only a child, still in elementary school. Now, think about this, if this boy was older, say, like, fifteen or sixteen, and the same thing happened, with his teacher, would the society go down as hard on the teacher, in the circumstances, compared to this one? If not, why is that, huh?
I mean, we all know, that RAPES are wrong, and if you have sex with an underage minor (as defined by law), that will get you a prison term, and who knows, you might get the Scarlet Letter of a "pedophile" branded onto your body, but, these days, these children mature, too quickly, and who's to say, that a twelve-year-old child, isn't, mature enough, mentally, and ready to have sex already?
Just a consideration here, and no, I still don't believe it to be, OKAY, for a teacher to have sex with her/his, student, no matter how old you are, how old s/he is!
