It was Lai's first time, marching in the Same-Sex Parade, he'd boasted, "Let us be a role model of same sex rights in all of Asia, letting the world see, us!", he'd not blushed one bit, as he'd, lied so, openly. The clouds of war are now, gathering overhead in Taiwan, with the whole world watching us; what's ironic was, the same-sex marriage laws of Taiwan, ruled out people from China singly, and, China had, disallowed for same-sex marriage rights altogether. Lai boasted on how the country is a role model, but, there is, almost, NO difference in DDP's means with the Communist government of, China.
The government opened up the same-sex marriages for international couples, the countries that prohibited same-sex marriages such as Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Macau, can all come over to Taiwan to have their marriage validated and verified, but this excludes China. The Tsai government once promised, to amend the laws to open the borders for same sex marriage of Chinese citizens, and now, she'd stated that this would be, "unfitting", with the reason being, "national security", along with how China didn't guarantee the same rights of same sex marriage of the same sex couples from Taiwan. This doesn't make any sense, as Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and, Macau also, NEVER guaranteed the same sex marriage rights for the citizens of this country either!
Lai claimed, that Taiwan is safe if he got elected, that there should be a differentiation between the Communist government of China and its, people. And, if so, why did the government block the same sex marriage rights of the two people from the different sides of the straits? DDP had long discriminated against the spouses from China, and, the rights of same-sex couples from China would, get even, degraded, they can't, even, be, married. And Lai was, shameless, in his, trying to get the glows of the rainbow, that "there's no winning or losing in human rights, the government should, take away, the, barriers"; wasn't he the one, creating, the barriers?
Every time as the DDP is faced with a crisis, it'd played the, "Hate-China" hand. When the pandemic was at its height, the "Mings" can't come home; in the elections, the Chinese spouses can't run for office, the business people working in China can't cast their ballots distantly. When the KMT and DDP was fighting for the votes, the DDP scammed the votes of younger generation homosexuals; and, as the elections came, discriminating against spouses from China wasn't enough, they'd, worked even harder, to block same-sex marriage from across the strait, are they, afraid, that true love, can melt the, iron curtains of, ideology?
Would the level of national security of same sex couples from China to Taiwan exceed the people that the Taiwanese are having an extramarital affairs with from China? The legislators of the DDP's affairs, can be covered up, to ignore the conflicts between China and Taiwan, but the people's true love, can't!
And, this still just showed, what hypocrisy the DDP is, they can do everything that us, ordinary citizens can't, because, they're in power, and, the only way to turn this around, is for us, we the people, to, overthrow the DICTATORSHIP, the double-standards of the DDP, with our votes, but, are we the people, wise enough? Are we still going to, get emotionally blackmailed, as the DDP still, tried and manipulate the masses, using the falsified fear of, Communist China taking over if the other parties win the next presidential, election?
