A Moving Milestone
Why Are Periods Starting So Much Earlier These Days?

"Navigating your child through puberty — including their first period — can feel overwhelming for any parent. And if you thought you had until the tween years to worry about it, think again, friend," writes Arielle Tschinkel. "According to new research, the average age for first periods is decreasing in the U.S., which means you'll want to begin having discussions with your little one far earlier than you may have planned."

Maybe your kid hasn't gone through puberty yet, but you've read the stats and you're worried. Or maybe your kid has already started their period and you're confused about why the hell it happened so early. Either way, Arielle's got some answers.

You're receiving this newsletter because you had previously subscribed to be notified of new posts by email on my blog. I have decided to update my email service, and have switched from an automated new post notification email to a more personal newsletter.

Similar to before, the newsletters will be sent whenever there is a new post or product released, so you won't get many more emails than you already are from me - they'll just have a new format. However, if you no longer wish to receive newsletter emails from me, please click the unsubscribe button at the bottom of this email and you will be removed from my list.
I've had some exciting changes to my website you might have noticed over the last few months: I've updated my logo, and added products to my website!
