Menurut Ketua Panitia Pengarah Mubes FMMB BSD 2023, Ustadz Ir. H. Djindar Rohani, kegiatan tersebut akan diikuti oleh 70 perwakilan pengurus masjid/musholla di BSD dan Sekitarnya. Dan peserta Mubes lainnya adalah Dewan Presidium dan juga pengurus FMMB.  "panitia Mubes juga telah mengundang Walikota Tangsel, Bupati Tangerang, Kapolres Tangsel, Dandim Tangerang, Kemenag Tangsel, Ketum MUI Tangsel, Ketua DMI Tangsel dan juga kalangan Ormas Islam," terang Ustadz Djindar. Dan tujuan diselenggarakannya Mubes FMMB BSD adalah untuk memilih dan menetapkan calon Presidium FMMB BSD masa Khidmat  2023-2026. Dan Mubes FMMB BSD ini juga bertujuan untuk menyampaikan laporan pertanggungjawaban Presidium FMMB BSD masa Khidmat 2019-2022. "Mubes juga diselenggarakan untuk menyusun dan menetapkan program kerja masa bakti Presidium 2023-2026. Serta untuk mereview AD/ART FMMB serta membuat rekomendasi," jelas Ustadz Djindar. Dan kegiatan utama FMMB adalah aktivitas dakwah yang rutin dilaksanakan setiap pekan melalui kegiatan Safari Sabtu Subuh (S3) antar masjid/musholla. Selain itu, lanjut Djindar, FMMB juga ikut terlibat dalam Aksi Tanggap Musibah (ATM). Aksi ini dilakukan pada setiap terjadi bencana termasuk Covid Crisis Center. FMMB juga melaksankan program rutin santunan anak yatim dan dhuafa, dan juga Muslim Games.
