Think they're, on their way, to become, certified as court justices, that they can, get away, with, attempted rape, and one of them graduated out of the, police, academy too! Can you imagine, that someone with this bad sort of behaviors, enforcing the laws??? Yeah, the world had, gone to, hell here all right, but, these two individuals had been, FIRED (like how Trump stated???), from the training academy, and they will now get, SUED! Suspected of Intentionally Assaulting the Female Classmates, the Justice Training School Found Their Morale to be Too Low, One Graduated Out of Police University
The two male trainees of the Justice School of the Justice Department, the Sixty-Fourth were suspected of ignoring the courtesies of interactions with members of the opposite sex, behaved wrong, and were deemed as morally irresponsible by others in their, classes, and the classmates, blew the whistles on them; the training school for court justices started up the evaluations, and found the two to be subpar of the standards of what qualified as a court justices on moral responsibilities, the men involved, may be faced with getting expelled.
There were eighty-four males and eighty females in the sixty-fourth of justice training, this was the highest in number of recent times; based off of understanding, of the two involved in this, sexual harassment incident, one graduated out of Police University, with the background of a working police officer, that in his training, he was, lagging in character, which sparked up the debates.
Based off of understanding, the two males awhile ago, took the opportunity of eating out with the female classmate, for more than once, they'd, wrapped their arms around the female pupils at the same table, and kept prodding them about their, privacies, the bystander students who couldn't continue to watch this shot their behaviors using a phone, and turned it in; the justice who'd watched the evidence on tape believed, that there's a high chance that the male student had, "intentionally" offending the female classmate.
The school stated yesterday, that to protect the victim student, they'd transferred the male perp to another team, to separate the victim and the perp; and the mentors of the different groups both interviewed the perp and the victim, and counseled the students, to clarify exactly what happened, and reminded the pupils, that if there's a need, psychological counseling is, available, to them.
The school told, that after the evaluation committee of character was held, they'd determined that the two men had, broken the regulations, and they'd, reported it to the committee to discuss what will happen to them, and if the punishment had been signed off on, then, the school will then, send the evaluation results to the committee, to get their status of trainees, terminated for good.
This is not the very first case of the justice training academy, in October of 2021, Han, a male student, after he was intoxicated, he'd, shouted at the police, "I'm working for Taipei D.A.'s Office!", and started, cussing the police arresting him out, the school also, evaluated his behaviors as below standards and, sent the notices to training committee, and got his status of a justice in training, terminated immediately.
The district attorney who once worked for the school stated, that the certification exams can't test the characters of the officials-to-be, that the scanning out the bad pupils needed to happen in the training phases, as if you put someone who's immoral into the court to preside over the cases, then, it would do, more harm than, good.
And so, these guys, they probably think, that they will have it smooth sailing, all the way, into becoming, court justices, that they are able to, get away, with any and everything, that's why, they became, predators, and it's still due to this, macho belief of how men are better than women, that they can get away with rape, that's, caused these situations to, recur, over, over, and over again. And, the MORALITY of these future officers of the law, had gone down, to too low here…
