Lo afferma Moody's in una nota, spiegando il perché del cambio a 'negative' delle prospettive sul rating italiano. Sull'Italia ci sono "rischi materiali sulle prospettive di crescita dovuti all'incertezza all'esecuzione del Pnrr e delle forniture energetiche". Lo afferma Moody's in una nota, sottolineando che un "ritorno all'incertezza politica" e il centrare gli obiettivi del Pnrr lascerebbe l'Italia "più esposta alla fiducia degli investitori in un momento in cui il governo ha bisogno che gli investitori giochino un ruolo" maggiore nel debito italiano. Moody's "non ritiene che che il Tpi" annunciato di recente dalla Bce "sarà una panacea contro l'aumento dei rendimenti in tutte le circostanze".     La decisione di Moody's di rivedere l'outlook sul rating assegnato all'Italia "appare opinabile". Lo scrive il Mef in una nota. "Pur in un momento di rallentamento congiunturale e di tensioni geopolitiche a livello internazionale, accompagnato dall'incertezza relativa alle elezioni politiche del 25 settembre, le condizioni economiche dell'Italia non giustificano tale orientamento".     "Le elezioni anticipate non costituiscono un'anomalia nel contesto delle democrazie europee. Restiamo fiduciosi che l'attuazione del PNRR, delle politiche di rilancio degli investimenti e dell'innovazione e della strategia di sicurezza energetica continuerà in modo spedito dopo le prossime elezioni". Dreamfield launches fan, athletic collective at USF Kelly Hayes Aug 5 Athletes at the University of South Florida will now be able to receive compensation via the launch of the Fowler Ave Collective — the university's first and only name, image and likeness (NIL) collective. Dreamfield Sports, an Orlando-based tech startup that works to help collegiate athletes to profit from their NIL, announced the launch of the Fowler Ave Collective Friday. The collective describes itself as a "private fan club" to support players by crowdsourcing fan contributions. For monthly membership fees between $10 and $200, the collective offers fan engagements with current players, who are then paid by the collective. "Fowler Ave is groundbreaking because it is an experience platform where fans can tap into a unique network all while compensating athletes for the use of their name, image and likeness," Dreamfield external affairs director Corey Staniscia said in a statement. "Fowler Ave will be powered by the USF fanbase, not a handful of wealthy mega-donors." According to a news release from Dreamfield Sports, Fowler Ave Collective wants to build on the already established USF community. By supporting more fan engagement, the collective expects higher ticket and merchandise sales for the university, and an overall better athlete experience. "This support group is so imperative to the future successes of our student athletes and athletic programs in this new world. Fowler Ave is a perfect way to get to know the faces of USF on all teams, not just football. It is also a perfect opportunity to merge the bold history of USF with the new age. Everything we do at Dreamfield is about compliance and player safety — it is our number one priority," Staniscia, who is also a USF Alumni, continued. Fowler Ave Collective has already announced their first ambassador in Bulls quarterback, and Baylor transfer, Gerry Bohanon. USF Alumni and Bulls legend Matt Grothe will host the Twitter Spaces and members only virtual meet and greets. "I couldn't have been more excited about this opportunity to help our current USF athletes when Corey and I first reconnected after all these years with our friend and my former tight end, Andrew Ketchel," Grothe said in a statement. "The Fowler Ave Collective is a network I wish I had when I was on campus, but now it is our turn to step up and support our USF Bulls in a new way … and I am happy to do my part." USF is just the latest university to join the recent trend of NIL collectives, with Florida State University announcing a similar program back in March. The basement had portals or doors that you could try to walk through and every time you did it would just put you right back into another area of the basement. I saw guardians coming through from the other side to help but they would get stuck also. This big guy felt to be bad at first but as things happened it made me think that he was there to enforce laws or expectations from God. As the guardians came through they would try to leave with their people and help them out. The tall man never said anything, never flinched or acted afraid. He just stood there holding his ground and looking around. As I watched this take place I began to notice little pictures along the top of the walls all around the room. Each of those were small snap shots of life and the actions of these people. I then heard the tall man say "sin does not always happen in big ways". At that point, I realized that each of those pictures on the wall were what was holding these people back. Every time they had a negative thought, cursed, did something wrong, lied, cheated, stole or broke one of Gods commands it took a snap shot. These people were guilty of all these small misdemeanors (for lack of a better term) and were being held hostage by their past issues. They had not made amends for these violations and were frustrated as to why no matter what they tried to do could be released. Then my uncle appeared and pointed at a picture and it was me and a time when I had done something small but mean in life. I cried out loud to the man "I am sory for my thoughts that day". The picture vanished just as if it had never been there before. I went around the room and looked for my pictures of trangressions and made amends one by one. As these cleared the air got lighter, the room got brighter and I found that releasing myself of these sins was the way to get out of the basement. As I went around looking for my own pictures and we all bumped into one another trying to clear the pictures some just stood there and tried to fight their way out. Some yelled at the tall man and begged the guardians to release them. Some became violent and attacked others. Some just curled up in the corner and covered their heads in shame. While others one by one cleared their past by truly asking for forgiveness for each and every trangression. This vision showed me the state of humanity and myself. I was a vision of what will happen when the Lord comes back and people will be faced with the reality of addressing their sins or refusing and burning in the basement. I cleared my sins and the door opened for me to walk up the steps and into the light. As I stepped out of that dungy, wet, hot basement I heard people yelling for help and crying out to everyone that could not save them. I yelled for them to go to the pictures and make amends and my guardian grabbed me and we went into a tunnel and I woke up. After digesting this dream/vision during the day I came to realize that each and every thing we do will have an impact on our eternity. I realized that we must truly make amends to the Lord when we fall short and know that he will save us in the end. Nothing on earth, no service, no job, no money, no fame will get us clear of the old dirty basement. We must do that ourselves and continue to do so. We fall short everyday in life of Gods laws.
