What It Means If You & Your Partner Go To Bed At Different Times

I don't know about you, but I am NOT a night owl. I am a fairly consistent bed-at-9pm please type of person. My husband is, shall we say, less so. He could be awake at midnight and not care, whereas in an ideal world, I'm waking up for the first time of the night to pee.

Dearest Ludo Community

This is the final newsletter of the year and my word what a year it has been.  A few highlights for me:

✔️My Tedx hitting over 12k views 
✔️Speaking gigs all over the place!
✔️Signing up to drive across Goa in March 2025 with a bunch of female entrepreneurs (yup!  Watch this space for more on that)
✔️Hosting 2 Global DEI conferences, one from New York
✔️Partnering with incredible people on a variety of exciting projects
✔️Hitting over 100 Ludo Lives with epic guests 
✔️Supporting my youngest child with his neurodivergence, a challenge and learning all in one
✔️Rescuing an English Bulldog 
 
And that's just a snippet!
