There is often a misconception with energy and healing, as a Healer.
1. That if you are a healer, you are forever healed. And;
2. That it's my responsibility as a Healer, to Heal others.
The 2nd misconception is one I have battled with for a very long time. Probably since I was little, being the oldest sibling. As a Healer it is not my responsibility to heal, let's use for example my husband. This example is good because we live together, spend a lot of time together, but both of us have very different healing journeys, which do cross, weave, and intertwine, however no one's healing journey is identical to anyone else's.
If someone doesn't want to be healed, they won't be. Our mind and soul is powerful. If a part of someone's journey is not ready to be healed, it may take time. If we are not learning as we live, this can also derail our healing process, perhaps not directly but can in an indirect way.
It would be irresponsible for me to lead someone to believe that by me doing oil and/or energy work on someone, that I, alone, would heal them.
I bring healing to myself, I bring healing to others to aid them and their body in healing. I love infusing a room with some really good feeling energy and vibrations. THIS FEELING is what we each need to learn within ourselves to be able to use the energy and frequency how our body and soul craves us to. Allowing and trusting within ourself, within our body and knowing by doing this, our health will improve!
I bring Empowerment healing to the world. The kind where you feel it and know it in your heart, your beautiful intuition and trust that like no other.
Where modern and intuitive holistic medicine work hand in hand. With a beautiful understanding that how we FEEL must always rise above.
I am a Healer in a world that is currently under a beautiful, yet also frustrating at times, shift of what "health" care is within our country, and in actuality, all over the world!
I also wouldn't expect any healers I work with the responsibility for my soul healing either. I greatly appreciate all of the energy workers I am on this healing journey with!
The 1st misconception, straight up... we are ALWAYS GROWING! Why wouldn't you want to keep evolving as the best you, you can be!
It's almost dangerous to claim to be 100% healed, even with daily life, we feel things, our lives will be affected in some way, this is why we are always healing, once we are on, the healing journey.
This healing work can feel mundane at times, or make me feel angry as hell! However as I feel, I heal. It's truly incredible. Deep, mixed emotions healing. Healing, truly sets us free. Sets each of us individually free to be the best person we can be. Letting go and releasing from any past hurts, traumas of varying levels. Building incredible strength, confidence and honor within one's self. Living the truest, healthiest and happiest lives.
However, I am also human. When faced with things that directly affect me, at times this can knock the healer down, shift the stance. I am grateful when the Chakra Mastery healing collective I am working with have our group calls. As a form of recalibrating energy. Literally putting what was in my peripheral vision, directly in front of me to see.
Even with all of my own training, although I am able to shift myself much quicker than in the past, healing or dealing with anything takes time, whether it's an hour, a day, a week, a month etc. The more conscious and present we become within our own life, the easier this shift can and will occur. The less often we feel like shit and begin to live life, our way. During a down moment, recognize it, honor what you mentally and physically need, ask yourself questions over and over and see what comes up to be released.
Grateful to my sister capturing this on her walk back to the cottage, as I was deeply contemplating life with the dogs in the water.

Preparing the stew for dinner... Now that I cannot have tomatoes... well let's just say it's interesting planning and making meals sometimes. My aunt however found me a great red pepper and eggplant sauce. 2 heaping tablespoons of this in with broth and beef bone broth powder and it is delicious!!! We all love it.
It was SO good! An incredible blend of flavours! Rosemary, Thyme and Basil oils. Oils are not only easy to cook with, they pack a punch! 1 drop goes a long way!!!
After prepping the stew for dinner, I enjoyed a home made guacamole made with ALL fresh and healthy for me foods! That's our home made Goat Cheese in the big glass container.
