The Chair of O.A.C. Kuan finally apologized for the Chinese fishing boats getting flipped in Kinmen, admitted that the Coast Guard did not keep the surveillance footages of the chasing the Chinese fishing boats away, causing the credibility to drop, causing the families of those who'd lost their lives to suffer even longer. This is exactly identical to the head chair of M.A.C., Chiu's "not ruling out the modes of interacting with China implored in Kinmen", they all wanted to sweep these incidents under the rug. But, it'd been a whole month, then the department apologized, a bit, too, late.

The three speed boats entered into the marine boundaries of Kinmen, the Coast Guard naturally chased them out. But, in the wind conditions, the waves, the high-speed chase, elevating the risk and the difficulties, and we can imagine, that it would be easy, for the accidents to, occur. What's odd was, the Coast Guard can't produce the video footage of their chasing the Chinese fishing boats out, in the time being, they'd, denied the allegation of hitting the fishing boat from China, lost the righteousness.

What was worse, is the attitudes of Kuan and other government officials. The Chinese, due to the matter of territorial rights, refused to admit that our restricted marine territory is in existence, but in the past, the Chinese government, would respect our borders. But after the incident, the government of Tsai not only demanded that Beijing admit to the restricted marine borders, and Kuan had, openly, set the legislators' calling.
Problem being, we don't have enough evidence, and can't win on the reasoning.
Kuan and other government officials of the DDP, need to quickly, return BACK to how the reality works right now, for having the past eight years to dictate how everything goes on the island.
And so, it's "our" (collectively speaking) fault, that the Chinese fishers had drowned, surely, we have the justifications to chase the Chinese fishers, but in the pursuit, people DROWNED, and the DDP government's still acting "we're only, DEFENDING our borders from invaders from China", will only send the relations of Taiwan and China into the, DEEP, FREEZE. This is, the PATH to WAR that the DDP had, set this "country" (we're no longer one under the DICTATORSHIP!) on right now…
