The nominees of the head of Department of Sanitation & Welfares, had been, posted, and it's not Lai's "mentor", Chen, but the former legislator of the DDP in the undesignated district elections, Chiu. Chiu was on the list as one of Chen's successors, but he'd lost to Shue. And this time, he'd finally PUSHED Shue off of the rosters, this showed, how the "Crew of Chen", who knew how to carry their grudges will soon be, ousted.
There are rarely any of the teams that people are disgusted by which had been led by, Chen. After he got off his position from head of Department of Sanitation & Social Welfare, his successor was still, high on pride, cut from the same cloth as he'd been, the ordering, Wang, the bureaucratic Wu, they all deserved to get their status in the government stripped off, for the Department of Social Welfare & Sanitation to regain its functions of "serving the people"

As Chiu came out of the lineup, there were the polarized opinions about him. On the positive side, he was said to be, good at communication, agile in the discussions, the Physician's Guild told that him being the head of Department of Social Welfare & Sanitations is "everybody's expectations". While the opposing side, was, completely against him, the physically handicapped person's league accused him for not having enough empathy for the handicap persons, the medical treatment guild accused him for "cutting off communication" "refusing to talk". From this, Chiu's being "agile in communication" seemed to be only toward the higher up, but not the lower, and this would be, worrisome.
Needless to say, the various departments of medical branches have different worlds. In Chen's term, when the Taipei Medical School's School of Dentistry was the prime, the rest of the departments, felt that the dentistry department wasn't all that; plus his ways were brash, naturally, it'd, caused the people to upset, and complain. As Chiu took on the role of the head of Department of Health and Social Welfare, more importantly, he needed to show the people, that he's genuine, in bettering our lives. After all, the sole function of the Department of Health & Social Welfare, is to serve the people; and, if we get another doppelganger of Chen again, then, the department won't serve the people's welfare at all!
So, we're all, holding our breaths (and surely, we will all, SUFFOCATE to D-E-A-T-H!) thinking, that this next LOSER won't be like his predecessor's predecessor, but, it's still, all the same, because, in the DDP, the corrupt political party promoted the heads of whatever from within, if you follow our orders (good doggy), then, we toss you a position that you will, sit on, with a total DISREGARD of how the MORON is fitted or ill-fitted for the position, I mean, can someone tell me, WHAT the FUCK would a dentist know about disease control, huh? 'Cuz that's what that LAST GUY's "chosen profession" was, and this vicious cycle still spins, nonstop………spiraling, spiraling, S-P-I-R-A-L-I-N-G………
