The Disputes of the Sexual Assaults in Private Preschools, the Department of Health Welfare & Sanitations Stated that the Media Had Misinterpreted What it'd Said, that the Laws Did Not Protect the Perps, This Caused the Press Reporters to Become Overly Critical of the Government Department

Thirdly, the consulting stages of the amendment of children and adolescent welfare had entered into stages, and will consider the developmental advancements in technologies, the changes in the society, listening to the public, to amend the laws accordingly, that the supervisions from the local agencies is necessary, with the Department of Sanitation Welfares assisting the local, to cooperatively work toward the benefits of children and adolescent welfare.
As the Examination Department intervened into the investigations of the case, awhile ago, the preschool's name, the involved adults' names are posted, on this, the assistant of the protection office of the Department of Social Welfare, Kuo stated, that the Examination Department's actions were according to the 69th rule, section 4, addendum, enforcing the children and adolescents' welfare, protecting the public interests, after the discussions of the executive agencies, the government is allowed to disclose the involved perps' identity.
Kuo told, that before the principles of the reporting came out, as the news media press reported on the matter of child and adolescent sexual abuse, the news media should have more empathy, to avoid retraumatizing the victims, to NOT overexposed the data, considering the families of the perps, the victims, to NOT put oneself into the situation of being publicly slammed by the online communities.
And, just two days ago, the Department of Social Welfare & Sanitations stated that they will slash out the reports of the name of the school, the classes where the abuse occurred, and Kuo was reserved on this, didn't respond to the press's asking if there is the full-disclosure of the details of the cases.
This is still a REACTION, not an ACTION, because the DDP is like that, it only passes the laws that places limits on the criminals, after the crimes had already occurred, instead of PREVENTING it, treating the problems at the sole cause, in the most fundamental levels of things, and this is still all, hindsight! And it's, WORTH S-H-I-T!!!
