We ended up using a shed. We insulated it, wired it, and set up heat and water. Space is difficult to make with a prior floor plan. The floor plan was an after thought. It is an open floor plan with a loft bedroom. Do, I like our tiny house? No, I think we will do a floor plan and build in the next one around the floor plan.
