It is easy to forget you already have all the guidance you could ever need, and it is with you every day, in every way, throughout your lifetime. This miraculous internal compass lies within your heart center. All you have to do is put your hand over your heart and ask: In this situation, what would you do? Then listen for the gentle, loving wisdom that is always available to you, in every moment. Remember, the guidance of your soul is continually relayed to you through the gentle urgings of your heart.
