So, in an effort to avoid having to pull all the bulky stuff and haul it away to compost, and then have to spread it again as fertilizer, I persuaded Rosebud to help me create a steer-proof garden entry for the sheep and goats, and I'm letting them handle the first stage of fall cleanup. The goats are perfectly willing to assist in this capacity. The lambs haven't quite figured it out yet. Smük has figured it out, and is not real happy about it. This free site is ad-supported.
