Leaked Video of Amber Luke, The Lady Who Went Blind Getting Her Eyeballs Tattooed Go Viral: Reddit & Twitter
At first appearance, you could assume she has the ideal life and is in wonderful health. How precisely did she progress from a young woman with clear skin to someone who had tattoos all over her body? The girl who went blind after getting her eyelids tattooed is named Amber Luke, and this is her story.
Many people suffer from mental illness, and in Amber's case, at the age of 16, she was given a diagnosis of severe clinical depression. She felt so self-conscious and down on herself that she was unable to leave the house and didn't even want to look in the mirror. As the situation worsened, she thought she was at her wits' end and defenseless. But she was saved by something.
She received her first few tattoos around that time, and although getting tattooed may be unpleasant for many of us, it was more like a calm experience for her. Amber was attracted to that naturally and developed a tattoo and body modification addiction. She felt more at ease in her own skin the more she covered herself.
Her collection of tattoos increased over the years to its current size, costing more than $250k to cover more than 98 percent of her body. She underwent two more drastic alterations after that, albeit they weren't quite as successful as she had hoped.
She had a split tongue among them (something which failed the first time all because her tongue went back together during the healing process). She had to perform the treatment once more, but because of the scar tissue that had formed previously, it was considerably more painful this time.
Going blind was the other occurrence that occurred, which is something that no one on earth would ever want to go through. Amber yearned for colored eyes, particularly blue ones. For those who are unaware of how that is accomplished, the simplest method involves numerous injections of ink onto the sclera just below the surface of the eye. You then receive eyes in the color of your choice. But it cannot be undone!
However, this is where things get murky for her cause since she alleges that during the 40-minute surgery, something terrible went wrong because the artist inserted the needle too deeply. Amber had a severe ache right away that was comparable to having ten pieces of glass rubbed into her eyes.
She lost her sight as a result of this terrible accident, and for the next two days, every time she sobbed, her tears turned blue. Could you fathom what was going through her mind at that very moment? You go from already experiencing all these issues to losing your vision and not knowing what will happen.
As regrettable as that may sound, she was yet extremely fortunate since, after three weeks, her vision eventually returned. Does Amber have any regrets about what she did, and what difficulties is she currently dealing with as a result of her new appearance?
She has acknowledged that her prospects for employment have been constrained as a result of her appearance. She also finds it quite upsetting when strangers approach her and call her ugly or claim that she has damaged herself.
Nevertheless, Amber has no regrets at all in spite of everything. She doesn't regret having tattoos on her body, her face, having her tongue split, or having tattoos on her eyeballs that might have potentially rendered her permanently blind.
