The Two Suspects Had Bullied, Transferred for No More than a Year's Time, and Attacked the Victim with a Knife, the Adolescent Girl Released to the Parents, the Adolescent Male, Taken into Custody, the Victim's Family: the Worst of Them All is the One Who'd Told the Others to Commit Murder
A last year middle school male student, to "get even" for his god sister, two days ago, attempted to use a spring knife, injured another male student from the same school in the neck, and thorax; the victim was on ECMO, his life was spared, but he's still not out of critical condition, and he may become a vegetable, due to not having oxygen too long. The male student who'd attempted the murder, and the female student who'd put him up to it were taken in on attempted murder, the juvenile court had the male student taken into custody, and the female student returned back to the parents; the attackers' fathers went to visit the victim, but were, turned, away.
Based off of understanding, the students who were taken into custody originally attended another school, they'd hung out at a local temple in Tucheng often, met a ton of gangsters of the Sun Chapter of the Thento Union, and the Gangs of Huashan, and would get into trouble using the name of the gangs, getting into violent fights, and they'd, bullied their, classmates often as well; in February of this ear, the two, with five other classmates, threw the eggs to bully the former female classmate from the middle school they'd attended from before, the victim got down on her knees, and knocked her head told, "I was wrong, I shouldn't have called you ugly", the process of the bullying, was recorded, and streamed onto social media, and got the attention of the public, later, the two transferred to this current school, where the stabbing occurred.
Two days ago at noon, the female student went to the classroom next to her own to chat with a friend, the victim shouted, "Why are you here, you're not in this class?", demanded that she leaves; she got angry, slammed the door, got out, and returned to her own class, cried to her "godbrother", asked him to get even for her.
The witnessing students told, that the male student pulled out a spring knife he stashed, and started, stabbing at the victim's neck and chest, multiple times, until she'd fallen in a pool of blood. Before he'd gotten violent, the classmates had, tried to, block him off, but the female student demanded that the attack continued.
The victim was the second son of the family, with an older sister, excellent in school, the parents couldn't accept, that their son was, stabbed at the safest school, stayed by the hospital these past few days, kept stating, "we just want our son to come back to us, healthy again.". The young man's grandmothers who lived in the middle and southern regions all came up north to visit, encouraging him, "do fight through this!"
"The most horrible is the one who'd, asked the other to commit the violent assault," the woman who claimed to be the victim's aunt posted on Dcard, the instructor of the classroom told, that the attacker and the female student who'd asked the male student to attack, are trouble makers in the school, that because they're underage, still minors, it won't be on their, criminal, records, that this is, totally, unfair; "the doctors said that he'd suffered from anoxia too long, that he is, going to be, in a, vegetative, state from here on forward, and we're, all, prepared for that", she'd hoped, that her nephew's incident can change the lenient punishments for the juveniles who'd committed the crimes. But the senior court justices told, that the punishments for adolescents in juvenile courts is at the same level criminally, that if convicted of the five years and more criminal offenses, then, there would be the just proportions of punishment given.
The Tucheng Substation already set up a safety unification with the schools, and now, they will, check the students for the dangerous weapons as they entered into school, if found, the students who were carrying, will be sent to the police on obstructions of societal safety, and juvenile offenses. The patrol officer told, written reprimands, forced transfers of the students, doesn't even work, that it will only, reinforce the bad ways of these, troublemaking, students, and the results of not being controlled, is that they will, become, major, criminals as they grow, older.
And so, this, is how the "children" (they should be TRIED as ADULTS, for murdering someone!), deal with their, upsets, they bring out the guns, the knives, start STABBING each other, and FIRING off, and the problem is still NOT the education, I mean, how the HELL do you think, that the schools can, prevent this, having the police officers, standing GUARD in every single public or private school in the country? Or, how about, setting up all those, metal detecting advices (like the ones we go through in the terminals of the airports???) to MAKE sure, that NOTHING dangerous, is getting in and you DO realize, that anything that the hands can grab a hold onto (say, a pen???) CAN and WILL be used, as a weapon, right? Especially for these teens, when their prefrontal cortexes are still UNDER DEVELOPED, which meant, that they're, more than likely to be, too impulsive, too influenced by their, peers…
So, there's NO, working solution for this, problem here!
