View this email in your browser Hello Ludo Community I think it is ok to talk about the festive season.  Once December arrives I feel like the time has arrived.  What are your plans? I have some of my family coming on the 25th.  Regardless of your plans, I hope you are taking a bit of breathing space from work.  This time of year feels overwhelming for parents.  The ramp up to schools breaking up, the end of year work challenges and the planning that surrounds the holiday season.  Just know, we hear you, we've got you and we are with you.     It might just be time to commend you all for handling family politics too.  This is often a time of year when the family challenges surface, and someone needs to bite their tongue and get on with it.  It is a time of year for reflection, and with everything going on in the world at the moment, I can truly say, I feel grateful to have a roof over my head and to feel safe.  This will be our last newsletter of the year, as we take a breather, and will send the next one out in January.     The company charity for Ludo is Refuge, and we will be making a donation on behalf of Ludo, to support women impacted by domestic violence.     If you are in the giving mood and want some fancy hair for Christmas, we have a special Ludo code for a 15% discount on these new hair straighteners shaking up the hair market.     We have a round up of our Global DEI Conference too which was a big success.  You can read more here.    We share with you a brilliant workshop on how to re-energise you D&I strategy using empathy.  Seems apt as we head into the New Year.      Finally, (and you heard it here first) we have made the decision to offer our Ludo tech platform for FREE to any business under 10 employees.  If you are a single digit employer, we want to help you.  We work with more and more small businesses, that need support for their employees, are short on budget, are in start up or scale up mode, and want to engage their talent.  We too are a start up, we know how this feels, and we are committed to supporting and growing with you.  To sign up your business, click here to register, but before you do, drop me an email at elizabeth@weareludo.com and I can let you know how we let you inside our tech with no fee.     Have a very merry, very jolly and very festive holiday season.  Take care, relax, and take time for you.  See you on the other side, Game-changing hair straighteners We were asked by Keeo Hair to give their new hair straighteners a road test.  After running into the Founding team at Home Grown Club following the in-person part of our Global DEI Conference, a test session was essential.
