This is, the results of, a CHAIN, REACTION, and, the improving of the education atmosphere, is still NOT, the BIGGEST problem that this country is, faced with right now…off of the Front Page Sections, translated…
The rosters of non-testing high school entrance, a total of over 120,000 students got accepted, the rate of acceptance, close to a-hundred, percent, the highest of the recent five years, with the openings of over 38,000 students, and this was, an all-time low of these past, six, years. The slight reduction of the declining number of students showed, that the slots are effectively implemented, but the reductions in the number of students by the year, it'd, impacted the schools' registration, rates, and the storms are only going to, expand, and, the various departments need to, get ready for the hits.
As the trends of reduction in birthrates take the country over, the rate of birth is estimated to be reduced by a little over 30,000 newborns, and although, there's, the estimates of a mild rise the following year, it's predicted, that in 2031, the rate of birth will be on the, sharp, decline, again, and there's no rising back up. To prevent the expansion of the impact of reduction in birthrate, the following three spectrums should be, considered.
First, a reduction of students per classroom, to set up a more delicate learning environment to education the younger generations. To reduce the impacts from the reduction of birthrate, in recent years, with the declining number of new students registering for school, there were, some of the cities and counties' public schools that's, continued to reduced the number of classes per grade level, or, adjusting the number of students per class, but for most, due to the pressures from the city council, continued operating the exact, same, ways.
Since the implementation of the Education Reform of 2019, the moral education became mainstream, and there's the necessity of, reducing the number of students per teacher, to give the instructors more preparation time to teach the courses. The continual reduction of the number of students per class, the public schools are aiming at about thirty students per classroom, and the private schools, to forty students per class, other than dissolving the crises of the instructors' employment, this can also, help turn education more, delicate, more personalized.
Secondly, increasing the amount of tuition for the private schools, to make a fairer competitive environment. There's the recent increase in payment of hiring the personnel, the sharp hike in cost of everything, and all of this, feeds to the cost of operating the schools, and the low rate of enrollment had, continued, putting more pressures on the finances of the schools. And yet, there'd only been three increases of the tuitions in the schools, while the miscellaneous costs that students paid, hadn't adjusted at all in nineteen years, and even IF the registration is completely filled, the schools can't break even in cost and operations, let alone, discussing not having enough enrollment slots. The market economy principles should be applied in this, to loosen the restrictions of the private schools' tuition fees, and increasing the government fundings for the private schools, to make the environment fairer, and keep it competitive, that way, the private schools can, shine through with their, individual, characteristics, to increase the competitive edges.
Thirdly, there's the need for cross departmental consolidations, to increase the incentives for choosing the technical universities. The no-entrance exams that's implemented for the technical high school programs, not only did it reduce the scores, it'd also, caused an all-time high reduced registration, severely impacting the technical skills education, which caused the number of employees for the small to midrange companies to get reduced greatly, and the negative effects from this should not be taken lightly. For the technical high schools to be seen as vital to societal development, there should be the promotions of the skills education, and, the education should reinforce the development of the graduates' future career paths, and to rely on the policies to give more incentives to attract more students into the programs; and through the related department, to discuss the development of the skills long-term, to have the cooperative learning means such as internships set up with the enterprises, to create the excellent employment outlook, to elevate the status of the skilled persons, then, these technical programs can, attract the students.
The education reforms had been implemented for thirty years on end, and the related department lacked the foresights, causing the tilt of the supply and demand in the schools, and the skills education started, weakening, and the government can't not care. I pray, that the government will, deal with this problem actively, to think of ways, to resolve the crises at hand, to find back the competitive edge in the students, and in the field of, education.
And so, the primary problem is, the REDUCTION of BIRTH RATE, and, I mean, who the FUCK (so???) wants to have a baby, in such an unstable time? I mean, wars are happening, all around the world right now, global warming is on, and all other forms of MESSES in the world, which person in HER right state of mind, would want to "procreate", and, so that, would be the primary, "contributing factor" for the REDUCTION of birth rate, and besides, we can't even keep ourselves above water, with inflation, the global economy headed into, recession, and everything is, LACKING in the world right now, why would anyone want to, "procreate"? And, if these, primary CAUSES of reduction of birthrate don't get, resolved, there's NO amount of incentives, no improvements in education, that will, boost the birthrates by the year, and, the population is currently, aging WAY, WAY, W-A-Y faster than ever before, and, with people growing older, living longer, the problems of old age like dementia, Parkinson, and all of that, increases, and, the healthcare charges of this country is still, too low, and you DO see, how this is going to, put a HUGE damper on the, treasury of the government, right???
