The interpretations of this particular court justice is misogynist, and absolutely, wrong, but hey, that's what he'd stated in the rulings, and this is a bad precedence, because it will open up the doors for married men and women to FUCK those whom they're not, married to! The interpretations of the law here, is completely, MESSED, up! Off of the Front Page Sections, translated…
The women, Feng and Lai found their husband cheating on them, and they both sued the other women for infringements of their rights as the spouses, one of the judge in Taichung District Court found, that the civil laws didn't restrict that the spouse should be faithful, and "the right to chastity" is lower than the constitutional guarantee of "autonomy of sexual rights", and, even if a married person had sex with another person, it'd not gone against the morale of things, found the spouses in both cases lost; and this can be appealed. This particular justice's decision had caused debate in the legal realm, and most believed that the justice's ruling strayed from the mainstream beliefs of things.
Feng stated, that her husband was dating Lee, that Lee had multiple times, flashed her breasts in the webcam conferences she had with her husband, they'd gone to the motels to have sexual intercourse multiple times, she was traumatized and was under enormous emotional distress; Lee fought the claims, stated that she had the drinks, and was taken to the motel, and raped by Feng's husband, the following day Feng's husband apologized and asked her out to the movies, she believed he was single, that was why she'd started dating him, she was blinded by his, lies.
Lai claimed, that her husband was seeing Hsieh, and had gone out on trips multiple times, and acted intimate with each other, hugging, kissing in the photos, her husband called Hsieh "baby", and they'd texted "miss you right now", "love you", "I will stay by your side", etc., etc., etc., it'd put her under emotional distress, and she went into the psychiatrist for her anxiety, and she'd asked for the counseling fees, and for her emotional distress in a sum of one million dollars N.T.; Hsieh claimed, that Lai's husband told her he was single, and started dating him, and once she'd found out he was already married, she'd, broken it off with him.
The Taichung District Court tossed out the asking of Feng. The verdict pointed out, that the decision to have sex is the basic human rights guaranteed by the constitution, that everybody can at one's own will, decide whether or not to have sex with someone, and this included the rights to seek out the sexual pleasures, the satisfactions; the civil law didn't guarantee the chastity of the spouses, that even from the marriage systems, reviewing over the rights of chastity, the guarantees of chastity is way lower than the constitutional right of autonomous sexual behaviors.
The judge found, that polygamy is a much severe act than extramarital affair, but the legislators don't' believe that polygamy is against the customs of kindness, and so, the claims of the wife would not be valid.
And, this justice also used the legislature of not enforcing the chastity on one's spouse, that the right to have chastity in a spouse being lower than the right of sexual autonomy, found Lai lost.
And, this will, open up, ALL those doors, of having sex with married men or women, because, it's the right to how we use our bodies to FUCK anybody we want to, that trumps the right of someone being someone else's spouse, and this is a very bad, precedence, and the justice still didn't have his HEAD screw on straight in this one!
