I have tried silk scarves at night but they never stay on my head so decided to order a silk head-wrap from Amazon to see if it would do the job. The night after I received it, I washed and dried my hair and put my new silk sleeping cap on. The next morning, I took the cap off and surprise surprise my hair looked fresh and smooth. I even got compliments on how good it looked the next day! If you are an aggressive sleeper like me then purchasing one of these caps is the way to go. You even get 2 of them for under $10!!!
