MY WRITING JOURNEY UPDATE ON MEDIUM! As of November 1, 2021, I completed my FIRST YEAR OF WRITING on the platform known as Medium. This story is about my personal experience based on followers, stats, cash income, cash output, layout, formatting, and reader/writer engagement.

If you're an aspiring writer or just curious about blogging on WordPress vs. writing on Medium, this is how the two platforms compare. It also explains why I got addicted to writing on the Medium platform.

My goal was to write 4 articles p/m (48 per year). It was a push and at the start, I thought it would impossible, but I followed my self-mantra "Try, Mary, Try!" I managed to publish 87 articles over the year on Medium, received a Top Writer badge in two categories, and received a cash bonus.

It's been a rewarding, inspiring, interactive experience that improved my creativity and writing skills.
