The problems of declines in birthrate is growing serious by the day, the statistics showed, that Taiwan is LAST on birth rate globally, "more deaths than birth" is now, present, participle. The head of Executive Department, Cho proposed his policies, believing that the local land offices can leak out the personal information of unwed younger generations, or those who'd been married, but had not yet had children, to the related agencies, to hand out the incentives to encourage them to "procreate".

He'd turned, and mentioned, that way to fix the problems of reduction in birthrate lies in the government employees at the local land offices, for they know which families, which younger generation members are of marrying age, but had not yet married, "or that there's no signs of pregnancy after years of marriage"; he'd recommended, that the local offices can collect the data on these families, individuals, and send it up to the related agencies, to have more incentives offered to them, so they will be more willing to, "procreate".

The legal experts told, that the marriage and children are registry-based now, the local land offices have the right to know; but, listing the people who are married, who had children and who hadn't, that's for the sake of convenience of the management in census, that the individuals may NOT want those who aren't related to them to know these things about them. Cho's advice was solely a "recommendation", that everybody has her/his own plans of life, and the government offices should NOT be intervening; if someone knows the personal data information of another, and knock on the doors, and persuade the individuals that it's time to get married or to have children, "won't that be, way WORSE than the parents, pressing the children to marry and to reproduce?"

An employee of the land offices for a whole decade told, that for the employees at the office, their primary job was to register the households, when they encountered the parents registering the births of their young, and something doesn't seem right, then, they can report it, there's no way that the employees at the land offices could know, which families have the individuals who's old enough to marry, and which couple had been married for a bit, but don't have, children, that all of these is to get found out, by the home visits, and, if the office workers need to go this deep into the individual families, than, their workload would be equivalent to that of the individuals in charge of the local boroughs.
The district attorneys in the northern regions told, that there's the purpose of the earlier years of the government officials' making the home visits, to see if there are any, illegal businesses going on, that during Tsai's presidency, there were the cases of the government officials' "checking in", and criticized as "breaching the freedom of speech", does Cho want a replay of that?

The legal experts told, that the executive powers are directly affecting the people, but there has to be a limit to it, the people in power need to know when and HOW to restrict themselves; the people in interacting with the government, relied solely on the nondisclosure of the personal information, if Chou want to encourage the citizens to marry, to have children, he can use the ads to accomplish this, ordering the employees at the local land offices to prod into the citizens' personal lives, where's the respect and the right to people's, privacies?
And, this is, ONE step, FARTHER down the road, to getting ALL of our, personal freedoms, STRIPPED away from WE the people, as the government is now, able and will, PROD into the private LIVES of citizens, to ENSURE that the birth rate goes UP (and it still wouldn't!!!), because the aging population, coupled with the REDUCTION of BIRTH RATE, is now, a NATIONAL EMERGENCY, and this ABUSIVE DDP government, came up with this GENIUS (sarcasm!!!) idea, of having the employees at the local land offices, tell ALL of us who aren't married yet, who are still, "Spring chickens", to START PROCREATING like them, RABBITS, to get the country out of the BAD predicament of, aging population, reduction of birth rate, yada, yada, yada. You have GOT to be SHITTING me here!
