FUNimation Entertainment has announced that it will be simulcasting the Irina: The Vampire Cosmonaut during the Fall 2021 anime season. The series will begin its simulcast in October 2021.

From studio Arvo Animation and director Akitoshi Yokoyama, this vampiric tale in space features a different take on Earth post-war, where countries are duking it out over who will take to space first. Turns out, the Nosferatu Project may hold the key.

The series stars voice actors Megumi Hayashibara as Irina, Koki Uchiyama as Lev, Satoshi Hino as Mikhail and Mikako Komatsu as Roza.
