Actually, I Love Being A Christmas Baby

Today, I have a confession. I was born on Christmas Eve, and honestly? It's not that bad. In fact, it's kind of great. Sure, it was a little tough as a kid: "My mom always made a point of carving out a few hours totally separate from Christmas and dedicating them to my birthday, but the simple fact of the matter is that the gravitational pull of Christmas swallows any birthday within about a week and a half of the Big Day, and that's a little disappointing when you're 7," I write for Scary Mommy today.

But as an adult? Whole different ball game. Read to find out why.
