The day went well. I am not feeling well and because of this I have decided to take a day off tomorrow. Will go to clinic get some consulting from doctor and will take rest as much as possible.
As usual I was surfing YouTube and found a really interesting video of a content creator that I follow. In that video he was talking about "anti-motivation". Yes, I know you guys didn't understood anything from that term. Let me explain, so the anti-motivation goes like, if you are overweight let's say your weight is 100 kg then don't set your motivation to be of 85 kg instead think of, if you keep on putting more weight then you might be home for several diseases, you won't be able to run, you won't be able to do most of the things that a normal human being do. Use this as motivation.
Let me give you a more relatable example. If I don't start writing better then I will not have views on my blog, if I don't have views on my blog I won't make money, if I won't make money then I will not have any side income, if I don't have any side income then I will have to continue the rut of my day job. So let's start writing better.
I don't know if you related to above example or not but I related to it a lot. Hahaha. I don't know if this thing will work for me or not. But if you think, thinking about negative side of not achieving your goal motivates you then please go ahead and use this technique. Because I am currently following a process and I am quite comfortable in doing that process and do have motivation to achieve my goals, so I am not going to use it, at least for now but in future I might use it.
So today's learning, "Motivation or anti-motivation whatever works for you, works for you."
