Yeah, see how this, IS political assassination, instead of looking AT their own bad behaviors, or importing in the bad eggs, they're now, having the police go after the citizens who'd found just ONE out of, god knows how many, BAD EGGS that's been shipped here! And we're supposed to what? Trust that the DDP has our best interest in mind??? Get REAL here! Off of the Front Page Sections, translated…
The man from Shinchuan, Hsinbei City awhile ago posted the green egg white on FB as "Stinky Green Egg", and the head of Executive Department, Chen called it fake news, the Department of Agriculture had made a visit to the Zhongzhen Second Substation to sue Hsieh for defamation in Taipei; the police found that this matter was related to food safety concerns, immediately zoomed in on the IP address, within eight short hours, they'd taken Hsieh into custody and questioned him; during the investigation, Hsieh stressed that the photo was real, that he'd not, faked it, and to prove his innocence, he'd handed over his cell phone to the police for them to check.
Based off of Penal Code 169, section 1, "those who'd defamed a government official will be sentenced to under seven years of prison time", and based off of this, if the agencies in charge of investigation found no valid evidence of defamation, the agencies would get sued for libel and slander. And, as the victims proved that the "stinky green eggs" were factually, based, and started suing the head of state for defamation, would the D.A. work this case? Would the D.A.'s office implore the same means in this case, like how they'd gone after the man in the middle of the nights?
The issues of eggs already got the entire country worked up, the highest executive agency, the Department of Agriculture both hadn't reviewed over their own actions, to get to the bottom of the truths of the matters, instead, they'd used the shortest time to sue the whistleblower for "spreading the false news" and "defamation", and the D.A.'s office, the police worked the case immediately, to prevent the "rumors" from spreading. But this will cause the chill effect, because the "stinky egg incident" wasn't an isolated case, and, after this, who else would, DARE to blow the whistles on such matters? And, even IF the individual had prerecorded the video of her/him cracking open the eggs, then, the person would get accused of being "self-directed", which will also cause the police to go and arrest the person in the middle of the night.
and, here's the news channel that got taken off of the T.V. by the DDP reporting on it...
On this particular case, the government wasted away the taxpayers' dollars, the Department of Agriculture responsible for aiding and abetting the labeling of the expiration dates of the eggs imported in, did the eggs get into the schools, or the local markets, and the military? The government didn't give the people any reasonable responses, but, all the facts are, now pointing towards how the government lacked in action, and that someone had covered up the importer of the eggs, so, WHO had, destroyed the people's trusts in the government? The DDP couldn't even make sure that the eggs are safe to consume, and it goes after ordinary citizens for blowing the whistles on them, to use the man as a warning to all. The DDP in so doing, is merely looking out for its own election advantage, and we are still, all well aware of that, observant, and watching.
And so, this is how when things go bust, and the government couldn't find any more excuses, they'd started, pointing the fingers to the whistleblower, and the FACT is that the man did crack open that egg he'd bought at the supermarkets, with the green egg while from the inside, and that can't be faked, and besides, why would one of us, ordinary citizens, want to, SPREAD the FEARS of food safety, and it should be, the government's jobs to MAKE sure that none of these, bad produces get into the country, but these agencies are taking the bribes, and allowing these poisonous food items to, get sold locally.
