Despite how many lives were taken on the day, this woman still escaped, the DEATH penalty, this is the government's plans to do away with the death penalty completely, and this is still, unjust, for the considerations of the victims and their, families that she killed off, because she got upset with her boyfriend! Crime and punishment, off of the Front Page Sections, translated…
The arson of the City-in-City Building from three years ago, causing forty-six deaths, forty-three injured, the woman, Huang poured the ashes of the incense on the couch, and the fire burned, extending throughout the building, causing the, huge, fire, the D.A. is asking for the death penalty for her, yesterday, the Highest Court tossed back both the D.A.'s and Huang's appeals, Huang was sentenced to life in prison for the murders, she won't be, executed for certain.
The appeals from the D.A. pointed out, that Huang saw that her behaviors could cause irreparable damages, and still poured the residuals of the incense onto the couch, causing a total of forty-six dead, that the degree of her malice is comparable to the terrorist attacks, that her crimes constitutes as "of the most severe sort", and after the assessments, there's a very high risk that Huang may offend again, that there's no chance of reform, that, it wouldn't be fitting, to not give her the death penalty.
The Highest Court stated, that although there's a high risk of Huang committing a crime again, but, the evaluations also recommended that she be given counseling, alcoholism treatment, which showed, that she may improve, and considering that she is already fifty-three years of age, that even if she became eligible for parole in the future, she will be close to eighty, and she may not be as able-bodied or sound in mind as she used to be, besides, she would be on parole for as long as twenty years, that this will prevent her from committing a crime again, believed, that the life-sentence was fitting and, just.
On the evening of October 13, 2021, at her boyfriend, Kuo's temporarily residence, in the wooded separator, at two in the morn of the following day, Huang poured the ashes with the fires still onto Kuo's couch, then rode off on her scooter, causing the cushion to burn, and the fire started spreading fast, causing a total of forty-six deaths.
And so, because there's no chance of her, recommitting this sort of a crime again because she would be close to eighty when she became eligible for parole, that's why the courts didn't see death penalty as fitting for this woman. Just as well, for as long as this woman lives, she will, surely be, tortured by her own, guilty conscious for murdering all those people, because she got upset with her boyfriend. But the downside to that, is that we the people will be, picking up the tabs in her care.
