The kid was wrong, in having the nude shots of a woman in his phone, and his being listed as a person of restricted means, was what caused him to get pulled into the station, and they had, found nude photos of a woman on his phone, but, the police shouldn't have, tasered him, and kept him in custody for seven, eight hours total, and tortured him for over an hour until he'd admitted to what he'd done, so, both are at fault in this case…on police brutality, in enforcing the laws, off of the Front Page Sections, translated…
The Police Found that There Were Photos of Nude Women Who Didn't Consent in the Adolescent's Phone, But the Adolescent Insisted that They Weren't Taken by Him, that Was Why the Officer Became Too Upset
A seventeen-year-old, Huang accused that on the evening of the eighteenth of this month, as he passed by the Wuling Subprecinct of Taoyuan Police Substation, three officers stopped him, accused him of extortion, and was dragged by the neck, all the way, into the station, and in the process, he was beaten by the police, using the taser, the iron stamp ink boxes too. The Taoyuan Substation pointed out, that the three officers involved had been sent to the Taoyuan D.A.'s Office to get their behaviors reviewed, that the manager of the substation demoted, the head of the substation, had asked for a reprimand on his own.
Based off of understanding, the police didn't pull the adolescent, Huang into the station, it was because the adolescent was listed as an individual of concern, not long ago, he was involved in an abduction to collect the debts owed, and on the eighteenth, the officers bumped into the adolescent, riding his bicycle, passing by the substation, and took him into question; and yet, in the process of examining the adolescent's cell phone, the police accidentally discovered the unconsented nude photos of a woman, the officers were alarmed and shocked, immediately pressed the adolescent of the identity of the photo of the woman, but the young man refused to tell then, and the police worried that the photos might get leaked to online, they'd lost control of their emotions, which led them to use brute force.
The investigators suspected, that the young man, to cover up the abduction he'd been involved in, to save his own skin, found the retired officer, Hsiao, and told him, that he'd been, brutalized by the Taoyuan Police into confessing, and two evenings ago, Hsiao had accompanied the adolescent, with the slips from the E.R., went into the jurisdiction of Hsinbei Police Department to the Sanxia Substation to report, as the Sanxia police took the case, they'd helped the adolescent sued the three officers for threats, and assault charges, the case is sent to the Taoyuan Substation to be investigated on.
The city councilman, Jeng hosted a press conference, told that the adolescent was kept in the interrogation room seven, eight hours, and was tortured for over a whole hour, and in the process of him being tortured, the taser ran out of battery, and another officer came with a new taser into the room, with the rest of the members of the police forces, just watching, causing the adolescent to sustain multiple physical injuries, and bruises, it wasn't until five in the morn the following day, did the police return the confiscated cell phone back to the adolescent, and told him to get out.
Jeng stated, that he'd asked the police for the video recording of the interrogation session, but the police told him that it wasn't available, because they didn't record. The manager of the Taoyuan Substation, Wu pointed out, that the facts were confirmed of the teen's accusation of the police officers for brutality, that they'd already handed down the severe punishment for the involved officers, and their managers as well, and the police station deeply, and sincerely apologizes to the victim, his parents, as well as the public.
The Taoyuan District Attorney's Office pointed out, that the case is now, assigned to the district attorneys to investigate, as for the nude photos of the unconsented females on the phones, because the investigation is undisclosed, they can't tell the details to the public.
And so, yeah, maybe the police did, go overboard, is forcing this K-I-D to admit to what he'd done, and to turn in the nude photos, but the teenager is NOT blameless, and there were nude photos found on the teen's cell phone, because this kid was listed as an adolescent of concern locally, and maybe, the police was a bit, brutal in handling of this teenager, but they were, enforcing the laws, and you CAN imagine, what would happen, had the police not caught this kid. I mean, he may, go on, to extort the victim for cash or exchange for SEX, which is way worse, and, who knows, he may well become, a sex offender, but, due to how the law enforcement used brutal force in handling of this unlawful teenager, the officers involved, are now, being, punished. I mean, how's that just, huh? And, because this KID got brutalized by the cops, everybody is now, seeing him, as, the "vic" of the case, when he wasn't, not even the photos of NUDE women had been found in his phone, and yeah, the police shouldn't have used BRUTAL force on him, but in a sense, he deserved to get taken into custody, he just didn't deserved to get beaten by the police is all. And the individuals who'd interrogated him should've, kept their, emotions in check, so, both sides are at fault!
