History repeats itself, but with the different players now, and, because the U.S. is too persistent on siding with, Israel in the cause, the students are rising up, protesting, and this will, directly impact the November election, as those who are upset with the Democrat are, going to NOT vote for the party, and, chances are, many of these students, won't vote at all, which means, that the Republican Party has a much higher chance of, winning the election, and then, the U.S. will, be totally SCREWED, because the Republican Party candidate is Trump, and he's, no good! Off of the Front Page Sections, translated…
For these past months, the Support-Palestine movement across the campuses on the universities of the U.S. had been gaining momentum, and it's, growing. Primarily, it'd started with the campgrounds the Columbia University that the students set up in protests, the police entered into the campus to get them to dissemble, causing a wave of reaction across the U.S., this is now, the largest scale anti-war protest since the Vietnam War Era. In the internal and external political pressures, the schools took the zero tolerance attitude toward the protesters, of late, there's the New York City Police Department's breaching the schools using a fire engine ladder, along with the L.A.P.D., suing the smoke bombs to get the students to lave the protest grounds, to date, there'd been, more than 2,000 college students arrested by the police.
This can be dissected from three fronts. One, the freedom of speech, especially the debate of whether or not free speech should be restricted on the college campuses? The freedom of speech originally should NOT be restricted, but, due to the conflicts of anti-Semitism, and anti-Palestinian growing, some of the Jewish students felt threatened for their lives, and didn't dare to go to, class. And for this, the Jewish groups from outside the schools, along with the contributors of the schools, demanded that the universities take actions, to prohibit the anti-Semitic behaviors. At the Congressional hearing of the end of last year, the presidents of Harvard University and University of Pennsylvania, both supported "absolute freedom of speech", but both were forced to resign, turning the other universities, beliefs.

Secondly, rule of law. The students taking over the school to protest, is protected by the freedom of assembly and speech, but the students who took over the University of Columbia, started vandalizing school properties, taking over the office buildings, this is against the law. The University of Columbia called in the police, the New York City Police Department came into the school, placing the protesting students under arrest, this is, enforcing the law. On this front, the opinions leaned toward that the students had done, wrong, the American President, Biden also issued a statement, that he did NOT agree with the students' means.
Thirdly, external forces. The New York City Police stated, that in the arrests made on the campus of Columbia and the city college, forty-seven percent weren't even staff of students of the schools. The mayor of New York City called these, the "outside inciters", and are, actively, identifying them, but of them, there were the faces that were involved in the "Black Lives Matter" and the "Occupy Wall Street" movements. The currently trending conspiracy theory is: the protesters with the goals to create chaos to force the diplomatic ties of U.S. to break with Israel.
This student-led movement, will surely, have a huge effect on the November presidential election. First, there are, the shocking similarities of this movement with the 1968 anti-Vietnam War movement, both were about the presidents of the Democratic Party, in an unwelcoming, war. In 1968, it was Johson, in the Vietnam War; and this year, it's Biden's government, in support of Israel, committing genocide against the Palestinians. Back then, Johnson was also, seeking reelection like Biden is right now, and the Democratic Party Convention were held back then, and now in Chicago, but due to the protests across the campuses of U.S. universities gaining momentum, the convention became the focal point of the protests. Johnson was forced to announce that he wouldn't seek a second term, and now, it's, Biden's, turn.
But there are, the differences of both student-led protests. The biggest difference, was that there was the drafts back in the Vietnam War era, and the younger males either escaped to Canada to escape the drafts or that they'd, hidden in the school campus, fighting the draft, because everybody was impacted, the movement gained, momentum. The current politics in the U.S. university campuses, is even more complex than the Vietnam War Era. Although the mainstream media and politicians are against anti-Semitism, and supporting Israel, but there is now, the added influence of stream-live, and social media, and this many have a huge impact on the upcoming U.S. presidential election.
This movement, is a serious challenge for Biden, and the Chicago Democratic Convention to be held in August, may be an even, bigger, disaster. All the Democratic Party can hope for now, is that with the coming of the summer vacations, the student protesting will dissolve on their own peacefully, to stop increasing the political momentum. At the same time, of the prior incident of the national guards moving into Kent State, shooting the students, Biden already announced that no national guards shall enter into the schools.

And yet, currently, the support for Biden of the age group of under thirty is, slipping down sharply, to forty-five percent, only eight points ahead of support for Trump. Comparing to four years ago, when Biden had a thirty-three-percent lead over Trump, the situation is, dangerous. The younger voters, they may not be switching their supports toward Trump, but they may boycott the election, and, the districts would have the key determinants of who will win the elections in the smallest scale of, difference of number of, votes.
Biden claimed, he will work swiftly to get the Israeli-Hamas peace talks to come through, to get the hostages released, to offer aid to the refugees, to diminish the upset building up against him and his party in the country. But, the Prime Minister of Israel, Netanyahu still insisted on attacking Rafah, to eradicate the Hamas completely. If he really acts on this, millions of Palestinian refugees would have no place to escape to, and surely, this would add to the U.S. citizens' anti-Israeli sentiments. And then, the grade of student led protests may be getting closer to the level of the anti-war protests in the universities during the Vietnam War Era.
And so, this is, how things are, likely, to develop, because the U.S. is on the WRONG side of what's right, blindly supporting Israel, and the students are now, gathering, protesting, and this will cause that huge ripple effect on the November election coming up this year, and, chances are, this will be a replay of the Vietnam War Era.
