The Former Department Head of Punishment Courts, Accused of Using Unfriendly Sexist Slurs, with Setting the Rules of How Female Janitors Shall NOT Speak with Their Coworkers
Lee, the Punishment Court Justice who is impeached for his sexual harassment of a female subordinate, now has the cases of him bullying the female janitor, department manager too, but the justice evaluation committee decided the these cases aren't valid on the sixteenth of last month, and this decision caused huge upset in the society. The personnel evaluation committee of the Justice Department yesterday found, that Lee's bullying in the workplace, his uses of improper languages, was against the ethics of court justices, and that his cases of sexual harassment are pending review in the duties court, and due to the principles of "the unison of misbehaviors, the evaluation went from the Justice Department to be decided in the Examination Department now.

Lee left his position as a court justice last May, and the reason was that he'd, four times sexually harassed his female subordinate, and "retired early". The female subordinate filed the complaints last June, the Justice Department had the Justice Evaluation Committee rule on the matter, but the committee delayed ruling until the impeachment of Lee that came in December by the Examination Department, and tossed it out with the Examination Department's ruling that the case was, invalid. Later, Lee had been accused of bullying and insulting the female janitors, the female office managers, but the justice evaluation committee had, ruled these cases to be without any causes.
The female janitor had heated up the lunches for Lee regularly, she'd accused him of demanding that she separated the foods individually to steam up, and when the foods got overcooked, she'd gotten blamed for it, and if she'd, caused a mark on the lunchboxes, she'd gotten, blamed as well, she'd become, completely, stressed out at work. Two years ago, her mother was hospitalized for a surgery, and she wanted to take days off to take care of her mother, Lee asked, "Don't you have anybody else in your families?", "Why do you need that many days off?", and told her that she can't speak with any of her coworkers when she's working for him; and, if she'd not recited the phone number he'd wanted to call, she would get insulted by him, "what's in your brains?"
The female department manager, had wanted half a day off in March to go and sweep the graves of her deceased loved ones, Lee claimed to her, "nobody uses time off from work to perform the memorial services", and told the woman to EDUCATE her own in-laws, "nobody performs the memorial services during workhour". She'd wanted to take two hours to take her daughter to the hospital for her daughter's illness, Lee returned, "your husband had a lower position than you, why doesn't he do his share in your household?"
The two employees had worked up their courage, and asked the committee of evaluate Lee based off of what he did, but the Justice Evaluation Commissions told, that Lee's behaviors wasn't of malice, "it'd not damaged the reputations of the justice system, not affected the ordinary, citizens", that the cases of evaluation were, dropped. And, as the results of the asking came forth, the committee members had, "insulted the women who'd made the complaints, again", this made the legal realms upset, criticized the justice department: who will be willing and brave enough, to file for the complaints of unfair treatment at work now?
The humanitarian evaluation committee found that Lee isn't articulate with his words, that he'd not had a good attitude toward his subordinates, that it'd caused them to fear him, that they were overcome with psychological and physical stresses, that Lee's words and behaviors were found improper, that he'd gone beyond the normal means of managing the office affairs, and, recommended that he be sent to be reviewed by the Examination Department to see if he is still, fitted to serve as a court justice.
And, had the news media press not got a hold of these two cases of unfair, unjust treatments of these women by this, court justice, guess what, there would be NO case, because that's how it goes, men ranked supreme, over us, women in the workplace, and the genders are still FAR, from equal in the, workplace, and this is a top-down bullying from the superiors to the, subordinates, and the DDP allows for this, and the department's ruling against the justices behaviors, that's all, hindsight, trying to, fix the problem that already, existed, when what they should've done was taking these complaints seriously in the first place, but they didn't, until the press were, brought into the "room".
