And so, teachers, DON'T know, everything then??? This is, a good example of it…translated…
That final class of the semester, the text mentioned of the "indicators pointed toward the east, signaling the coming of springtime", in the era without the internet, I'd, thumbed through the encyclopedias, and found all that I could, on the Big Dipper, printed the data out for my students, and I felt good about how much I'd prepared for that particular class session.

Following came, the winter vacation, where to go? Of course, to the summertime of, the, Southern, Hemisphere, the beautifully green, natural world of, New Zealand! So, soon as I'd turned in the grades for my students, I'd, happily, alighted that flight, to New Zealand. We were staying at a lakeside hotel that very first night, because there were only eight members of the tour, the guide told us, that he was going to take us out on a nighttime stroll by the, lake.
The guide told us to gather on the lawn by the hotel, that he needed to go set something up, and will return back shortly. In this, completely, unpolluted place, the night skies glowed of the, stars, I'd looked up, and certainly, the stars were, shining, down. There were, the constellations that looked, very, familiar to me, oh yeah! It was, what I'd, just, taught my students…I was, overjoyed, and started, screaming loudly, pointed to the night skies, telling everybody in the group, "this is, the Big Dipper!", the elementary school student who belonged to one of the parents, started, gesturing where the parts were, and everybody gazed up into the skies on that law, and, were in awe at the stars that twinkled like, the diamonds.
At this time, the employee of the ship manufacturer from Kaohsiung, Mr. Chu came into the group, Mrs. Chu chimed on with glee, "this trip had been very educational to say the least, Professor Lo taught us to recognize the Big Dipper!", Mr. Chu who'd sailed across all the continents, started, frowning, pointed to the ground, and stated, "We are in the, Southern Hemisphere!" turns out, the Big Dipper isn't visible from the Southern Hemisphere, and what we can see was the Southern Cross, but, it'd resembled the Big Dipper on first look, and suddenly, I'd forgotten where I, was, made a misrecognition!
and here's what the group saw in the Southern Hemisphere...the Southern Cross...from the Southern Hemisphere, from online
After the star gazing class, everybody came to the conclusions of, the tour guide's bullshit, nobody in the tour would believe, but, Professor Lo's bullshit, everyone would, trust, so, Professor Lo would be, a better bullshitter than the, tour guide!
So, this is due to your job title, as a professor, that's why people would, believe whatever you're saying to them, and thankful, the ship manufacturer made you and corrected you, otherwise, you would've, taught the wrong things to those around you, whew! Thankful, there's, someone who's, more aware, more knowledgeable than you, PROFESSOR!!!
