The name of "patriotism" is once again, used as a "false front" by the DDP, to HIT those who have a difference of opinion than they have…off of the Front Page Sections, translated…
The DDP supported "anti-infiltration law" on the name, it's to protect the authority of the country being self-governing, legally, it's severing the politics of Taiwan and China, with the goals in politics; the anti-infiltration law had NO fitting means for the entire country, and bluntly stated, it's a tool used by the DDP to hit the opposing political parties when it had the majority of seats.

Lee had campaigned for the DDP legislator, Cheng, the district attorneys accused him of the anti-infiltration law, Lee pleaded guilty, because of the considerations of his sentencing, how he didn't want to get dragged out in the long appeal and court processes; as the laws made the accused want to escape, or served only a specific political party, then, it has, a depreciated, value.
The Anti-Infiltration Law was proposed and passed in January, 2020 by the DDP, only twelve rules. The law stated, that people shall not accept the orders, the asking, the funding from the enemies overseas in the campaigns, the lobbying, the marches for certain candidates, the impeachment votes, what's special was that the law signified Chinese Communists as the only enemy, and it's unclear, as to what constitutes as breaking this law.
For instance, it's legally defined that Communist Chinese are the enemies, if an individual from China gave to a candidate here, personally, would it constitute as causing danger to the country too?

Or, how much sum is considered to affect the self-governing rights of this country? There's NO practical definition of this, that's legally sound.
It'd been four years since the implementation of this law, right before the presidential election this year, the investigators zoomed in on the KMT candidates, and to date, there's not that many candidates who'd been checked out with the results posted out, and there's rarely any verdicts by the court, for the sake of the laws to mature completely, there would be need for massive discussion, arguments, to form a similar opinion on the matters, to decide if enforcing a particular law is justified or unfounded.
There shouldn't be any party differentials in the legislating of the laws, but unfortunately, since this act had been signed, there's still NO interpretations from above, and, most of the cases, ended just like Lee's, falls after that, first, act, the formation of the verdict, can't show the validity of the punishment of breaking the laws, instead, it'd become the party preferred weapons in the angle of justice standing being varied from the political parties.
And so, this is what it worlds down to, under the DDP-colored justice systems, most of the courts are DDP favored, because the DDP put their own into the seats, and, naturally we can all expect, that these justices will rule in the DDP favors, and so, there won't be any, impartiality, any, fairness that remained of the justice department in this, country anymore.
