The members of the Serenity Chapter of the Bamboo Union, Gan, Hong who are in direct relations with the head of the gang, was suspected of having disputes on rents for the casinos of another local chapter of the gang, losing the members of the chapter to another chapter, in June of this year, solicited the gunman, Kao to the chapter location in Hsintien and fired eighteen shots, the Taipei District Court charged Gan and two others on illegal use and ownership of arms, currently, all three men are in police custody.
Based off of understanding, the members of the Serenity Clan had set up a poker association at Dongxing Street in Taipei, and the members of the Tongxing Chapter learned that the location is a good place for business, and rented the location, but there were a gambler who'd lost and couldn't pay up, and was forced to go to the Starbucks owned by the man's wife to collect, and as the wife learned, she'd called the police, and the police's intervening caused the poker gambling ring to shot down.
Based off of the disclosures, the Serenity Clan believed that the poker ring was shut down because of the Tongxing Chapter, and demanded the chapter pay for three months rent, after the group paid, the Serenity Clan asked for over a million dollars N.T. to make up for the losses of their business, it'd upset the Tongxing chapter, and both parties started altercating, and so, the Serenity Clan made its way to the "private gambling ring" that's operated by the Tongxing Chapter and smashed up the tables and hacked the members there, the two subsidiaries of the gang was on one another's bad side.
And, the Serenity Clan got upset how a fellow gang member who brought in the huge sums had gone over to join the Tongxing Chapter, abducted the member, and tortured him, the Tongxing Chapter was upset that its own members got tortured, and the two gangs met out at the parking lot opposite of the Hsinbei D.A.'s Office to negotiate, the member of the Serenity Clan rammed into the members of the Tongxing Chapter with a car, and the Tongxing Chapter opened fire, the police was reported, and the one's who'd fired were arrested, and the courts signed off on the men's being taken into custody at the D.A.'s requests.
The Serenity Clan to get its reputation back, on June 23, had Gan appoint Hong to hand the gun and twenty rounds to Kao, and on the 25th, Kao followed the instructions headed to a parking lot in Nangang to retrieve the ammo, and on the 26th, Kao rode to Hsintien, and opened fire eighteen times, threatened the rental customers, then, took the gun used in the shooting to the Hsintien Substation to turn himself in, but didn't tell the police why he'd, started shooting to this very day.
So, this is an upset of you stealing my business, my men, so I shoot you deal, and it still just showed, how these organized criminals resorted to violence, because that is what they do, use violence to get what they wanted to achieve, and this is really bad, because this is close to home, and, imagine if someone, a civilian got in the middle of this, "shootout", and, got killed in the crossfires…………
