How long's it been, since the very first case again, and, how come, nobody still, pays any, attention? Oh yeah, because until it'd happened to you too, you will, NEVER learn, no matter how many precedents there were already! This is still an ABUSER/ENABLER, no victims in this one still!!! Off of the Front Page Sections, translated…
The men, He, Huang, Lin, Ke, Lee, and others, worked, alongside the illegal organized groups of local Cambodia, "Millions Source Entertainment", "Entertainment Direct", "Million Dollar Corp.", a scam ring for jobseekers, claimed to offer the high paying positions or work in the casinos, conned eight Taiwanese citizens to Cambodia to work in the scams, and when they'd not made their quotas, the victims were beaten, tortured, tasered, or locked in and tortured. The Hsinbei D.A.'s Office charged the members of the scam ring of eleven including He on organized crime, human trafficking, and scamming the citizens to go out of country for a profit.
The investigations found, that the ring sent the members nicked named, "An, "Lei-Lei" and "Sister Lei", and others to Cambodia to set up the "Bogo Mountain" scam locations, and scammed the Europeans, the Americans using dating, gambling, and investments, and recruited the Taiwanese persons to work as "sales agents".
The group knew that it wasn't easy to get the recruits for the sales department, had He as the head of "personnel", with Huang, Lin, Ke, Lee, etc., etc., etc., as the team members, responsible for finding the workers using online ads in Taiwan, falsely offered the jobs of clerics or personnel department, offered a $40,000N.T. base salary, plus the high offers of bonuses, to entice the job seekers to go to Cambodia to work in the scams.
For every successful recruit that He and the management team were able to get, he'd received anywhere between $1,000 to $2,000U.S. each person, when the sales are high, the higher up teams would receive cell phones and the wine and dine; they'd lifted the jobseekers from out of country to the hotels, accompanied them to get their passports, escorted them to the scam ring members out of the airports, and they'd received anywhere from $5,000N.T.s to $7,500N.T.s per person.
here's a news report, on that, "oldest TRICK in the book", off of YouTube
Of the four victims got taken to Cambodia, Burma, and Thailand, and soon as they got off their flights, their passports were, confiscated, and they weren't allowed out of the industrial work area, and if they broke the rules, or not made their sales quota, then, they would be tortured, or resold to elsewhere, and the local management personnel had even, threatened the victims that they would get shot down if they tried and escaped. A victim, while be, trafficked to Thailand, asked a passerby to call the police and was, rescued, and some had contacted the families, and asked their loved ones to get the ransoms of $20,000 U.S. to get them out.
The other four victims, had fallen for the scams, and already arrived at the local airports, but thankfully, before they got on the planes, the police was able to, talk them out of, going.
So, this is how easily, these younger generations are, fooled, by the BULLSHIT offers of "no work requirement, high incentives, high wages", and they still overlooked that tiny fact: if the deals were that amazing, then, why nobody else signed on to the programs? And, there'd been the cases of trafficking the humans to Cambodia, to MAKE them sell their bodies, in the SEX trade on the news before, but because it did NOT happen to them, they don't, learn! There is still, NO victims, only abuser AND enabler in these, cases…
