How the nominations of the Grand Justices by Lai, just like how the Republican-nominated Supreme Court Justices, only looked out for the benefits of the party, and NOT of the people in majority, but that's what we get, for voting this, MINORITY president into office…how the highest court should BE impartial, but it, isn't, everything IS, party-affiliated…off of the Front Page Sections, translated…
The nominations of the Grand Justices are out, Yao immediately became the most widely debated candidate. He'd switched from the political parties from before, got his nickname of "political chameleon", and yet, there's the request of the Grand Justices "transcending the parties", it's a wonder that the parties out of power are now, questioning, if he will, be just enough, in interpreting the constitution.
like how Donald Trump did it...with an ALL-WHITE population, and mostly males, those who will comply and agree with him on the issues...photo from online
The Presidential Office, posted a nominations that will NOT gain consensus of the TPP and the KMT as the Legislature is about to hold its sessions near the end of September on the matter of personnel of the NCC committee members, the Commissions of Examination Department, Yao is party-favored, while the rest of the nominees are all, stable on their beliefs of "doing away with the death penalty and Taiwanese independence", this will, no doubt, increase the conflicts of the parties out of power against the DDP.
The nominations of the Grand Justices, that belonged to the president, but, the political schemata of the legislature, is no longer like eight years ago, uni-party. The former president, Tsai when she won the elections that first time, taking the DDP into complete control of the country, she'd stated "the DDP will be humble, humbler, and humbler still":, and now, the tables are, turned, although DDP won the presidential election, but the party did not get half of the members in the legislature, in the means of the split of powers, should the DDP not be, humbler, in interacting with the, legislature?
The chair of the TPP, Ke mumbled toward the legislator, Huang: "What is Lai thinking?" this may be the unified question of we the people too. Even if he wanted to have a "personal favored group of Grand Justices", he should be careful how he gets what he wants, how could the president nominate a Grand Justice that causes a run-in of the party in power and parties out of power?
And so, this still just showed, how this newly POPULARLY elected (meaning that "We the people" are STUPID!!!) president, plays favoritism, to the point, that he only uses people that HE trusts, because he can't trust that other people won't stab him on the back, and that would be, how Lai will, run this, "country", well, at least the legislature didn't get TAKEN (by a coup d'état!) by the DDP, so, we still got that, going for us…
