Two stillborn; two died within 12 hrs of birth; two remaining survivors, one male and one female. We're stunned and sad. We tried so hard but nothing we did could save an underdeveloped puppy. The two that remain are huge and hardy, eating the milk meant for 6. We are glad our dog has some living pups. Watching her search for a dead puppy after I removed it was heartbreaking. The female has a perfect little black bow marking on the top of her head. I've never seen anything like it. Very cute.
