Its a bit of health and lifestyle in this weeks update. We've got exercise, activities to do with the kids, and how to survive a camping trip. :)

School holidays are nearly upon us again and I must say I am feeling that end of term exhaustion this time. Working from home, having a child with covid during the term and just relentless wet weather has made me feeling a bit blah.

If you're feeling a bit the same remember to take time out for yourself, and to have fun. We tend to get a bit bogged down in everything that needs doing and sometimes you just need to enjoy yourself.
