COVID Made Me A Stay-At-Home Mom

EVERYTHING'S DIFFERENT
COVID Made Me A Stay-At-Home Mom, & I Don't Know If I'll Ever Adjust

The COVID-19 pandemic turns three years old this week — real threenager vibes, too — and God knows we're all still dealing with the fallout. Today we've got a piece from a mom who got laid off and pivoted to the stay-at-home life, and she's still reeling.

"For the first year of lockdown — and our family did indeed lock down, taking every precaution until vaccines were available — I had to do a job I was utterly unfamiliar with: stay-at-home mother. Tell me: How has the pandemic reshaped your life? Have you reached a new normal, or are you in a similar spot? Hit me up and tell me about it: HiScaryMommy@bdg.com.

"Our rule is that we have to make out every single night, and there has to be some tongue contact." What do you think? Smart, or entirely too much work?
