Welcome and happy Wednesday, dear reader!
I don't know about you, but Wednesdays can be the hardest day of the week for me. The weekend still feels so far away and the "grind" of getting through another weekday tends to set in hard and fast.
So I thought I would brighten up my Wednesday "mood" by sharing something sweet and fun, a little spot of joy, with you!
Fall is one of my favorite seasons of the year because I am not a fan of searing hot weather. I love the atmosphere of a warm drink, cool breezes, foggy & rainy days, a fire in the fireplace, etc. You get the picture.
One of my favorite warm drinks to consume during the fall is a good chai tea. I love chai tea all year round, but I tend to make significantly more in autumn because it's the perfect sipping drink for a chilly day.
This recipe comes from a close family member and has been a staple in our home and the homes of many other family members for YEARS! It's perfectly spiced and sweetened and it makes a large enough batch to get you through a long week!
I hope you enjoy it as much as we do and even if you can't make a batch right now, perhaps it will inspire you to find a little spot of joy in your day to bring more happiness to your week!
Drink up & enjoy!
(Note: This recipe is for a chai tea concentrate so make sure when serving to dilute to desired taste preferences! )
Happy Wednesday, my friends!
Until next time,
Kins
